We had a good experience here today. We came at an off hour and it was empty. We received fast and friendly service. The food was nice and hot. Rating was a 99, floors were a little dirty and workers just standing around. Overall a pleasant meal for a decent price.

We’d rate Zaxby’s as a 3-star experience for us – not bad, but definitely not great.
We tried the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich, which we honestly didn’t like at all. The chicken fingers were also much too salty for our taste, and the meat wasn’t very juicy compared to other chicken spots we’ve tried.
The Signature Sandwich was the best option compared to the Kickin’ Sandwich and the chicken fingers, but that doesn’t mean it was great. Taste-wise it was okay, but visually it looked pretty sad and unappealing, which didn’t help the overall impression.
On the positive side, the fries were very good and the Zaxby’s sauce was a highlight.
Overall, it’s an average, middle-of-the-road experience. This place might work for Zaxby’s fans, but for us there are clearly better chicken options out there.

The place is empty and sterile. If you want to eat somewhere with zero personality that gives you a strange sense of depression, come here. Food hasn’t changed but they traded all the cool decor for blank white walls and navy blue trim. This is what I imagine when I think about what it might be like to eat in jail

Went to Zaxbys today, it was super busy. The young lady at the drive thru was super nice & apologetic for my wait. The food was hot, fresh & delicious. I always enjoy my experience here, the staff is so friendly & accommodating.

Plenty of parking. Facility was clean. Service was fast. Staff was friendly and professional. Had grilled chicken salads. It’s a good place for salads,they are big. I like their toasted bread. Good flavor. One of the best chains for quick salad.

Ordered a big zax snack tossed in tongue torch and a kickin chicken with bbq and sweet and spicy with no ranch or wimpy sauce on it. When I received my food through the window I wasn’t greeted, no hello or hi and felt rushed to take my food and card as if it was shoved into my face. When I go take a look at my food the fingers for my big zax snack had little to no tongue torch sauce on it and fries were basically unseasoned and for my kickin chicken I specifically asked for bbq and sweet and spicy sauce on it, the cooks still put wimpy sauce on it and only replaced the ranch with bbq. Very unsatisfied with my order and experience at this Zaxbys

We ordered 4 meals — three of them with 6 chicken fingers each — but we only received 4 fingers per meal. We were charged for the full amount but did not receive everything we ordered.
Additionally, the fried pickles portion was extremely small (less than a quarter of what’s typical) and they were burned — mostly just skin and breading, so we couldn’t eat them. We let that go, but once we got home and realized more items were missing, it was too much to overlook.
On top of that, the service experience was disappointing. After waiting for the food, the employee handed the bags through the passenger side window saw only hands no face without greeting us — no “hello” or “thank you.” It seemed he’s over it or we’re an inconvenience. I even said thank you twice to acknowledge him and being appreciative but received no response in return or as customers.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because we were really looking forward to this meal and were disappointed by both the quality and service.
