I ordered a lot of tacos there for my family. There was a little miscommunication so I had to go back & it was solved + they were REALLY cool about it. 2nd worst chain breakfast but Wendy’s is the worst. Croissant is the only thing decent for breakfast. Burgers best of the chains. Fries Horrible. Would not get even if free. After decades they still can’t make decent fries.

This my 2nd time going to this place and my first time was also bad experience. The fries or hashbrown was cold and oily. It was cooked and dipped for few sec to the deep fryer and serve. Even the sausage patties are old. Go somewhere else or request to get ur food freshly prep. I thought giving a 2nd chance will change my 1st view but it didn’t.

Better than McDonald’s however there are still some issues. For one, the fries were super salty. Two, the whole place has a depressing feeling. Three, while the burgers do taste better than McDonald’s..they are very bland. It just tastes like plain beef.

Terrible experience. There’s an African American women working the night shift who provides the WORST service I have ever received in my life. For starters she purposefully keeps drive through lights and sign outside off so it looks as if the store is closed. She asked us 100 times “would that be all” as if she was rushing us out of line. Gave us attitude and genuinely provided the worst service I have ever seen. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears I was waiting for a camera crew to pop out of the bushes and tell us it’s a prank. Unbelievable.I’m not sure if they’re not paying her enough or what the problem is but something has to change
