Why offer online ordering? I placed an order, arrived after the pickup time. Was told my order wasn’t ready. Pretty sure they forgot about me walked in 15 minutes later and my orders sitting behind the counter. And every employee just looks at you like “why are you here”

No point in calling this a fast food restaurant. Nothing fast about it. Had to almost 30 minutes on an online order. Drive thru kept getting prioritized. I guess they think people inside don’t mind waiting forever??

I don’t normally leave a bad review unless it’s absolutely warranted. 1st off, let me just say they were not busy at all. It took 20 mins to get my food. A wait that long should warrant perfection, nope! Chicken was barely brown and I was served burn toast. BURNT! How do you even serve someone burnt toast??? That shows you do not care! Even the sweet tea wasn’t good. I’ve eaten here at least 10 times. Y’all have got to do better!

Ordered 10 pcs traditional BBQ wings via drive thru. The worker said it takes about 13 mins to cook. No wings cooked in the evening? Waited over 30 mins for what I thought would be 10 pcs of wings. At least 8 cars got thier order while I waited in the wait area of the drive-through. Once the lady came out, she handed me a bag and she was getting off shift. When I got home checked the bag and it was only 5 pcs chicken drum with fries no sauce on it and looked dry like its been sitting out…. I dont recommend this location at all. Thank you for ruining my dinner and for me overpaying for something I didn’t order! Food went straight into the trash.
