Wife picked us up some food, and it is now all in the trash. The roast beef my wife and I had tasted terrible. She described it as “slimey” but I feel it was bad meat. It has a distinct bad taste to it,
Sweet tea was sour, daughters steak tips were burnt so bad they were not consumable.
Will not be going back for awhile, and that was a waste of 33$

Not only were the boys there very non customer service oriented, I even asked if they could make sure the LOADED chicken bacon fries *looked like the picture* and laughed. What I got was not worth 6$.
I asked for Arby’s sauce for the 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches I ordered and he handed me 1 packet. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Went to Arby’s this evening to get food for the family. We walked in and saw no one!! I looked around the counter and there was a lady on the drive through. I said hello, but she never looked up, didn’t even acknowledge that she had any customers. She.continued to play on her phone. We stood there for over 5 minutes just waiting yo be acknowledged. We finally left and she didn’t even notice. I don’t think that we will be going there again.

Clean and has good service. Update 7/22: had a good lunch here. Super friendly service and perfectly fresh food. It’s nice to be able to dine in again. Update 8/23: I have to brag about my most recent visits. Service was superb and the food was ready before I could even get my drink. Even called me by my name even I came in. Shining example of outstanding customer service.

The team they had at one point a few years ago were amazing…..now the team they have in there are nothing but horrible attitudes! Can’t get orders correct at all yet give you attitude when you ask for the items they forgot. They can’t even wrap a sandwich before putting it in the bag. Definitely not a great place to visit for a little later dinner. Beef and cheddar are portioned so horrible you get almost Absolutely no cheddar so the sandwich is just a dry mess they threw in the bag. The girl in the drive through taking orders under a different employees name is rude and can’t even say you’re welcome or anything. Definitely sad this location will probably end up with the same fate as others at this rate.

So after asking Rebecca to remove some of this ice because it was too much and the drink taste more like WATER!!! She replied that it was ARBY’S policy to fill the cups with ice first! So basically we are paying for ice more so than the drink no matter the taste. I am definitely taking this to corporate! ~Andrea

Fast friendly service at this location. You can’t go wrong with their Reuben. Salty tangy creamy and delicious. I would say my only complaint wasn’t he long twisty curly fries you see on commercials are really just usually small short pieces and not curly fries at all.

Came through the drive through. The lady was extremely nice. I had to pull forward to wait for food as I had a large order. It only took a couple minutes for them to bring it out. Got home and was missing almost HALF of my order! Mind you I drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes home to have to turn around and drive 20 minutes back and 20 minutes back home! They almost seemed to not believe me when I told them. No real apology. Then to have to drive back home to the rest of my food cold. So frustrating. Check your food before you pull off.
