First time here. It reminds me of Canes but with more options. The fried pickles were a little bland and was hoping for a larger portion for the price. This location has the freestyle drink machine so had a lot of options for drinks.

me n a couple friends regular this place every friday. employees are incredibly friendly, and super kind people. food is 10/10 always, hot and fresh. i don’t think i’ve ever had a nasty cold meal from zaxbys. the meals are reasonably priced. and portion sizes are incredible. the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant is superb too, extremely clean bathrooms and dining area, as well as a lot of cool stuff to look at. 10/10 experience overall.

Good food. Fast service. But if I order something slathered in sauce through the drive through….. common sense says to put a fork and napkins in the bag, right? Had to go back in for them. Kinda defeats the purpose of a drive through if I have to go in the store anyway

Went today at lunch – ordered ahead on the app. Waited 5 minutes in the parking lot and went in to get my food. It was ready when I went inside. There were several tables full of people. More waiting at the counter for their orders. Inside was clean and tidy. Decorated awesome as always. The colors are bright & definitely pop! Will recommend this location to others, local & passing through. Conveniently a minute off the side of 74 at the end of Wal-Mart parking lot for those not from around the area. & My salad was amazing! ❤

Turns out happy most of my visit here. The staffs are very sweet and friendly never failed getting the order and meal with efficiency on our orders.

I just went to Zaxbys to get food for my work crew at 12 around lunch time. I ordered 4 wings and things and a Zac snack I asked for all Zax sauces to be nuclear as we don’t eat those. When I received my order I pulled forward to not exceed their drive time. I noticed I had the wrong sauces so I go to the window I let JACKIE THE DRIVE THRU CASHIER know, she takes them back and she rolls her eyes at me thinking I couldn’t see her. This is not the type of service that makes customers want to come back. I felt like I was in the wrong when I was just trying to get what I asked for. As previous employee in customer service or even as just a person I can tell you that, that is one bad attitude. I wasn’t even asking for free stuff no, just to get what I had already paid for to be made right.

I ordered cheesecake bites they didn’t put the strawberry sauce in there and I ordered egg rolls they put barbecue sauce in there instead of sweet & spicy sauce and the egg rolls were burnt.
Just order barbecue wings meal and I told the lady that it smelled like buffalo and she told me it’s barbecue and my daughter told me it’s buffalo.
Every time I come here they’re always forgetting something or giving you burnt food.

I went thru drive thru in 8/25/22 and ordered a fried Cobb salad and when I got home the salad had NO Chicken on it so I called back bc I was not going back out tonight. Told the lady that answered phone that my salad had no chicken on it and she told me to bring back the receipt of course like most ppl do I tossed the receipt and the only proof I had was the order ticket tHat was taped to the bag, she said that she can’t take anything but the receipt back so I guess I’m out of $9.80 for a garden salad never again will I come here bc clearly they have children working in the back that can’t read!!!! Beware if you go here check your bag before you leave!!! I will not be back.
