I have only tried some of their food but what I have tried was amazing, and the smoothies and milkshakes are amazing everything is fresh. The guy at the register is so polite and is more than willing to help with whatever you need. All and all one of the better stores in Norwich New York. Definitely stop in and try anything that sounds good to you, you won’t be disappointed and the prices are fair. Enjoy! You won’t Regret it!

The sandwiches are stacked high with fresh meats and cheeses, just like you’d get in the city—loaded with flavor and made to perfection. Never ordering from here again. I ordered online 20+ minutes before showing up for TWO smoothies, and when we arrived they hadn’t even started making them yet. I watched when they brought the frozen fruit out and they were in plastic bins, and he placed the LID ON THE FLOOR and then stacked them inside of each other! And then it took an additional 25 minutes for them to actually make the smoothies because they were talking on the phone and doing other things. And, even though the smoothies are supposed to have almond milk in them, they put REGULAR milk in them. Thankfully we don’t have an allergy, but I hope nobody else who orders does. They were also very unfriendly, and the atmosphere inside is very sketchy, and so are the other products they sell. It’s giving “adult store” energy if you catch my drift.

super disappointed with my recent visits. today we called to make a pickup order and they said the food/order will be done and ready for pickup in 25 minutes. we came in to pick up our food 10-15 minutes after the 25 minute wait and the food still wasn’t done. they told us we can pay for it now because it will be out shortly. we waiting almost an hour to receive our food and multiple people ordered after us and received their food before us.

I rarely spend money in restaurants these days because of various sub-standard reasons. But this surprising deli is an exception and is EXCEPTIONAL. I’ve had the “lamb with rice” and “lamb and chicken with rice” more times than I can count, and have been happy EVERY TIME. Their food is clean and made with care. You can taste it. I tried their new chicken tenders the other day, and those were amazing too. They also have interesting imported candies and chocolates. I lived in New York City for 20 years, and I can say that this is not your average deli. And definitely not one you’d expect to find in a small town. I love these guys.

Driving through town we had the Steak Burrito, Chicken Quesadilla, and Chicken Tenders and all were excellent. It is made to order so it did take 20min+ to prepare. There are no tables for dining in and they didnt have plates?

Will not order here again, placed a DoorDash order. My order was forgotten, took over 30 mins for a simple burrito to even be made. The steak was burnt. They were rude to my dasher after the long wait.
