I had such a wonderful experience at Zaxby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — everything was made just right. The customer service was also top-tier. 10/10!!! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel truly valued as a customer.
I especially want to express my sincerest gratitude to Oscar Candela. I accidentally left my purse behind, and instead of it being lost or misplaced, Oscar found it and immediately turned it in to the manager so it could be safely held for me to retrieve. I had a lot of personal and important information in that purse, and I am beyond thankful that he chose to do the honest and right thing. That kind of integrity speaks volumes about his character and the quality of the team at this location.
Thank you again to Oscar and the entire staff for not only great food and service, but for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate you all!

I’m sorry but this location is disgusting. I ordered wing meal with fingers. Both were dry with no flavor. Wings were little chicettes only thing good was toast fries and drink. Won’t be back. A waste of damn near 20 dollars. Shut this place down. Bad to even call this a zaxbys location. With all these bad reviews, how can this be a 4 star rated restaurant at this location. Someone is full of bs. And it’s not the bad reviews. I was asked to come and be a critic here. Wow. For what. Place is next to empty. I mean not even any drive thru customers. Wow. Never again. It’s a lot of fixing up that needs to take place here.

Terrible experience at this location. This was always a good location but it has tanked miserably. Ordered 5 boneless wings and recieved this excuse of a meal. Usually this container would be almost filled with 5 boneless wings. I was on a tight schedule, had I had time I would have returned. So disappointed that this will not longer be a “go to” spot for us.

Order not right. Food not as ordered and didn’t get everything we ordered. The store doesn’t care including the manager. They are perfectly content for Doordash pay for Zaxbys carelessness and admitted it. To be that is an awful way to do business. I will never go back. Yes, I’m just one person but there could be others with similar experiences that might share as well.

My daughter had the lemon pepper chicken strips which I don’t know if it was just me but they are extremely salty. I had the wings and things which is my go to favorite. The food is always good at Zaxby’s regardless of which location we go to.
