Jernise (Team Lead) was a breath of fresh air from the get go. She greeted us immediately and was super friendly. When she brought our food to the table, the friendliness continued & made sure we had everything we needed. The music playing is amazing, very uplifting which is so nice especially in the world we’re living in now. Place was clean & kept. Great job Knightdale Zaxby’s!

Eric was absolutely amazing. I had a slight issue with a previous day pick up order, and showed up to get the meal that was missed ( it happens ) and he was just a ball of job. Positive, friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. He was helping other customers, ringing up orders, helping reload ice in the drink machine and juggling it all with grace. Take care of Eric!!

Zaxby food is delicious. But most of all I appreciated the customer service I recieved from Team Leader Jernise. I had an issue with an Uber Eats delivery. Uber did not resolve the issue after several attempts. I became so frustrated I went to the store and explained my issue. Ms. Jernise went above and beyond to help me. Thanks for the great food and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Eat at this location often. Food is always fresh and they are very quick with getting it to you. Hailey was great. Very polite from my order start to finish. Never have any complaints about my service or food. Definitely recommend!

Okay so, I came here and I was super happy, Usually I go to different fast food places and the service is terrible and people have attitudes but this place service wise, food wise, is the best, the employees are pleasant to be around and I hadn’t been to a Zaxby’s in like years. So I finally decided to stop and it was one of the best choices. It made my holiday and new years so much better. But generally speaking I definitely recommend coming to this Zaxby’s because the food is top tier, hot and the service is peak.

Tonight I experienced a epic experience. I gave me hope for the future generations! The manager personified excellence and all the values that Zaxbys talks about! Well this guy lives it! At the end of a very long day on Christmas Eve, certain he was tired, yet he definitely didn’t show it and his commitment to leading from the front was demonstrated! Zaxbys you are blessed to have him in your employ! He is truly a shining star that needs to be cloned!

NO STAR! Very unpleasant experience 2/16/26 after 9 PM with Jackie, who said she was a manager: her being a manager was hard to believe because her attitude was disregarding when asked to correct the inaccuracies with my order (missing and wrong items)! She wasn’t friendly. The order-taker on the same day/night and time (caucasian/thick build/hair in ponytail) was not pleasant to work with while placing order, which is why the order was not prepared properly! Past experiences with this location have been average but not as offensive as this one!

This is not our usual spot but they say their meal was “wonderful”! They were comfortable and Monty’s wheelchair fitted with ease. We had a fabulous time together! Thanks again.
