Beware the young woman working the register is extremely rude you may wait in line to have her check out everyone behind you first I was next to check out she completely ignored me being next took the 3 people behind me and let them go first this was the second time she had a nasty attitude with me and im always polite with her I quit tipping her specifically and before I had no issue tipping 5$ & up the rest of the staff are very nice .Food is amazing most of the time if you get it to go check the box i live 2 blocks away trusted them enough to not check after waiting in the resturan only to get cold food which they replaced just inconvenient to come back when your ready to eat and this time I got my usual sesame chicken comes with sauce on the vegetables but got home with no sauce (picture below) for 20$ make sure you got what you payed for .

Their egg rolls are to die for their food is on point but do not use the soy sauce in the packets! It is spoiled! I ruined my food because the soy sauce was no good. This is coming from someone that’s been to China, Tokyo and Singapore along with being in America half my life and eating the soy sauce packets. It is very, very bad. Do not pour that soy sauce on your food. Try it before you do or you will ruin a very expensive plate of good food. I know what light soy sauce taste like I know what dark soy sauce taste like And I know what soy sauce taste like across the world the soy sauce that came in my packets today ruined my entire dish! I opened another packet and another packet tasting them all and they were all bad! But this place is wonderful, and the people are very kind and their food is very good! But the soy sauce is terrible

I’ve been coming here for years and the food is usually great, but the Asian female working the register has become a serious problem. This time I came in for a pickup order, she looked straight at me and deliberately ignored me, then acted irritated when I politely said hello. Just when I think the workers can’t get any trashier, she always surprises me. Please do something with her! Basic customer service and common courtesy should not be this hard?!

Had trouble being understood when placing the order. I said spring rolls not egg rolls 3x. I ordered mandarin chicken all white meat with white rice. It was fried rice, with shrimp, I have a seafood allergy. I wanted a small vegetable rice side order. It was a full container, I got charged for a meal for a side order. The chicken was alright. No where near the quality it used to be. The egg rolls were gross. The fried rice didn’t get eaten and the vegetable rice was dry, tasteless and for the price should have had entre vegetables not peas and diced carrots. Terribly disappointed. Waste of almost $40. What a shame. Most of it went uneaten. Tempted to return it.

Food is amazing and have eaten here since i was a kid…but their website prices and paper menu prices and what they actually charged me was way more than what it should have been. They couldn’t account for an extra few dollars I was being charged. Im pretty sure I was charged the dinner price for lunch price but they couldnt understand why the computer was charging me a different price. They blamed the computer and still wanted to make me pay the larger price, but I argued that they cant just charge me a different higher price then what is on their printed menu. (Their online menu is way different too) At the end they realized I was being charged extra and refunded me a small arbitrary amount. Not worth the hassle and bad customer service. Julia was never that rude. Probably won’t be back. Check your receipts.

Had a terrible day and called the wrong restaurant to place a go order so of course my order wasn’t ready when I got to Young’s. They were great and expedited my order so I didn’t have to wait long. Food was great as always. Enough left over for everyone to have another meal.

Folks with food allergies BEWARE! I order the samething 2 – 3 times a week. 1 or 2 large orders of shrimp fried rice NO EGGS. Today I called and was put on hold as soon as the lady answered. When she came back on the phone I placed my order for shrimp fried rice NO EGGS. I get home to feed my family and the rice has eggs. They were not willing to correct the order. The woman who answered was very nasty and rude. She refused to get her manager. Yeah, my family and I will NEVER order from this place again. I hope it was worth losing a group of frequent customers.

Shrimp is Gulf Shrimp (not chinese frozen shrimp), egg rolls are overstuffed (not frozen and small) and even the rice with the meals has Shrimp pork and chicken (not just egg fried rice like other places) Look no further, this is the place if you want good chinese food.

I ordered this shrimp egg foo young on yesterday only to get home and discover that it was burnt and very dry. I called back to speak with someone yesterday and no one answered. I went in today to discuss the situation and asked for another order after showing them the pictures. I was treated rudely by two female staff members. I was asked to bring the burnt food back, unfortunately it was thrown away with the rest of trash.
Poor customer service and burnt food !!
