I love that they offer a large variety of drinks especially diet cream soda, no caffeine. Most other fast food places only serve one diet drink and it includes caffeine. I would have given all 5 stars but it was really cold in the dinning area. I noticed even the workers were wearing jackets. I assumed that their heating was having issues. But other than that I would go back.

Went to pick up door dash order. Restaurant seemed fairly clean. Staff helped right away but had to wait a long time for order to be finished. A family came in several minutes after me and received their food before I did which didn’t seem to make since. Caused my order to be delivered late.

Love this Zaxby’s location. The food is always spot on and the staff is friendly no matter how busy it gets. During the holidays they go above and beyond. My kids LOVE the Christmas lights and driving by at night, the lights are super festive and honestly make you smile before you even pull in. It’s clear they put extra effort into making the place feel welcoming. One of my favorite spots in Fuquay for sure.

Ordered Delivery 3 times. Each time even after requesting two Zax sauce I only get one. Each time when getting fries they are soggy and wet. Each time when getting chicken it gets smaller and smaller. I used to love zaxbys but this location seems to be going downhill every time I visit or order. Even the bread is just a piece of bread with a pinch of butter smeared on a corner

Had an utterly terrible experience at this zaxbys today. Ordered a salad and had so much bad lettuce that I could even eat it. Check your salads before you leave the store.

As far as fast food goes, this is the best Zaxby’s location I’ve been to. The manager, I think her name is Taylor, goes out of her way to make sure you have a good experience. She also runs a tight ship and it’s been the cleanest Zaxby’s I’ve been to. Seriously -I went to a location closer to the coast once and it was disgusting.

Had delivery order today and it was my first time eating at Zaxby’s. Signature chicken sandwich was awesome with the Zaxby sauce. Chicken was flavorful, fresh, and moist. Best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time. Fries had a good flavor but the cheddar bites had no flavor and the only thing that saved them was the delicious ranch dipping sauce! Strawberry Fanta was delicious and thirst quenching, Price was reasonable especially since I will get 2 meals out of all this food! Update 5/08 ordered Chicken Ranch Loaded Fries and they were awesome!! $11.00 is expensive for fries but worth every penny!!! UPDATE 7/5/23 tried Funnel cakes and the flavor was awesome BUT they need to be eaten fresh out of the grease! They don’t travel well and mind were hard and chewy! Not worth the $5.00 price tag!!! UPDATE 7/7/24 Grilled Chicken Sandwich the chicken had great flavor but the chicken was tough and there was too much Zack sauce on it. Chocolate chip cookie was good but very small for $1.30 UPDATE 1/29/25 Grilled Chicken Philly was seasoned well and it tasted ok BUT it was WAY too salty! The sandwich holds a lot of moisture and needs to be on stronger bread because my bread is already soaked through! UPDATE 5/21/25 Veggie Egg Rolls and side of Crinkle Fries – Regular tasted great and full of flavor. Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla was full of ingredients and tasted great but I paid for, as advertised in the picture, 4 pieces and I only got 3 pieces. It is also overpriced compared to similar competition where $12.00 would also include a side!! UPDATE 10/22/25 (5) Fingerz were tough on the ends overcooked and dry. The middle of the pieces was moist but not tender. BBQ sauce had an unexpected bite to it and the crinkle fries never disappoints.Glad the Fingerz were on sale 2 for 1

Drove 10 miles to this establishment only to be greated with a long laundry list of items on their menu that are unavailable. Either get it together or close the doors so a restaurant can take your place and have available the items they offer on their menu. Will NOT visit this location again!

it always seems like they forget something, wether it’s an entire item, sauces, or straws. the employees seem like they never want to be there as there customer service is not exceptional. overall not the worst i’ve experienced

I waited in line for my order for at least 15 min and there wasn’t even a line and they didn’t put enough sauce on my wings like why ?? My wings are supposed to be in sauce not a dry rub….
