Where do I start? We had placed a catering order for 110 people to be picked up at 10 am. I arrived at 10 minutes until 10, and the doors were locked but I found the door at drive thru open. I was told I needed to exit the building. I explained I was there for the big order. The lady, whose identification tag identified her as the manager, informed me it would be a little late. She couldn’t really tell me how long, but I needed to exit and go back to my vehicle, unless i wished to cancel. Of course I didn’t, because I had people waiting. . I waited approximately 15 minutes and tried again. She again informed me it was going to be awhile, but only 20-30 pieces of chicken were cooked. I needed 240 pieces, per my order. The order was cancelled this time, and the manager seemed so unconcerned. I explained I had 110 people waiting, and she didn’t care. She was very content for me to exit the building, cancelling a $900 order. Pathetic. Go anywhere but here. The owners of this franchise need to take a serious look at who they have managing and the customers they are NOT servicing.

Of course they didn’t get my order right that’s why I haven’t been for awhile but I see it’s still the same so won’t be going again. I ordered a 2 piece dinner a 3 piece dinner and a 5 piece nugget…got 2 3 piece dinners and this is what I was charged…that’s expensive when they can’t even get it right.

Me and my wife ordered and sat for 20 minutes waiting on our food. When asked no one knew what was going on. Once I got my food it was good. Customer service is poor and the General manager was watching and laughing the entire time.

A simple drive through order! Totally botched! The staff does not seem to understand english! I do NOT want a spicy sandwich mean DO NOT put one in! 2 times we told them! Management was not much help! If Catherine is the GM she did not do much for her customers! She made an offer for when we come back but it was hollow and useless! WE WONT BE BACK! Do yourself a favor go ANYWHERE ELSE! You will thank me later!

They changed the macaroni and cheese it literally taste like noodles in water soup. The chicken is so greasy and mushy gooey it’s inedible. My daughters popcorn chicken was old and over cooked she wouldn’t eat it. The only thing I could stomach was the mashed potatoes & gravy & the biscuit. Guess when I want fried chicken I’ll be cooking it myself. Disgusted with how down hill the food has went in the past few years.

Worst experience ever with using a mobile app. Placed my order at 11:47am. Arrived at the restaurant at the estimated pick up time of 12:07pm. I was informed that they hadn’t started fixing it yet. Finally got my food at 12:32pm and it wasn’t complete. Won’t be back.

Horrible!!!! Waited 30 minutes inside for my order and it NEVER came. They were serving the drive thru but no one inside. Had an appt to get to so had to ask for my money back and leave. Wasted my entire mealtime waiting. Didn’t get to eat.
