Sticky floors, no ice, flat soft drinks, took 35 minutes for them to even take our order even though there was only one other person there. Whole place was extremely dirty and the chicken made me feel sick to my stomach. Definitely not coming back.

We stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order. I watched one person on his phone watching a video, another kept peeking over the shelf making a macaroni and chicken salad to eat and a man with a limp walk by taking at window order after standing there for about 5 mins. I called out and even waived trying to get someone attention.
The guy with the food tray walked right by us and looked past us and went and sit down to eat. I called out one last time and no one responded.
There was no one in the building and only one person at the drive through. We are not from this town but imwe were completely ignored.
This store is the not for customers but to feed employees and entertain them.

This place was filthy at 10:45 am with only 2 customers inside. Every table was dirty. The floors were sticky. Every surface was smeared. Gross! One of the worst places I’ve ever been in for cleanliness. I don’t know how they pass health inspections. The manager was sitting at a table doing paperwork.

I stopped by today and ordered the 3 piece box ( original recipe). The service was fast and my sides were good however my chicken was burned. I would have returned it or asked for a refund but I was already down the road. I gave this location a 2 star rating only because they have always been great here at this KFC location. This has been my only bad experience at Kentucky Fried Chicken. I left pictures for reference.

We went to KFC in Glasgow for a quick dinner before work. We ordered the new Chizza combo and a famous bowl. The woman at the window was very quick to park every single car that came through the drive thru because she “had to watch her number”. As we parked there were 3 other cars complaining about a nearly 20 minute wait for their orders We waited for almost 20 minutes ourselves, and we had to go in and get the food ourselves and it was setting there ready as we walked in. The food was only decent at best. The chicken chunks in the famous bowl were HUGE nearly chicken tender size and mad either quite hard to eat, especially with a plastic spork. The Chizza was ok, I suppose. Looked absolutely nothing like the images and had virtually no cheese on it at all. I do NOT recommend visiting the KFC in Glasgow. Poorly ran restaraunt that produces poor quality food with their barely functioning staff.

Worst KFC I’ve ever eaten at. My little chicken sandwich looks like they tore off a piece of a chicken sandwich. Do not eat here, not worth it.

At first glance it appeared to be clean. Then I noticed the mold on the ice machine. There was also mold under it. We probably now have internal parasites now. No complaints about the food. The service could have been better. I have children who wanted popcorn chicken but it wasn’t on the menu board. The cashier said it is a number 10. As it turns out, that is a very large size but that wasn’t explained so we purchased WAY more than necessary. I don’t recommend buying any drinks until their machines have a thorough cleaning.

My experience previous to tonight wasn’t a good one. So I had called the store and spoke with the DM James who told me he would make up for it by giving me my next 8 piece all dark meat bucket free, and took my name. So I pulled into the drive thru tonight and waited about 30 minutes at the speaker just to get my order in, which was a 4 piece chicken strip. I assumed with how bad the wait was I decided to place an order and ask for James when I got to the window to get the make up order. When I approached the window a young girl repeated my order and took my money. I corrected her and said it’s a 4 piece, not a 3 piece. I asked if James the manager was around. She very openly said he got fired, they learned he was on the needle. And Shannon was now the new DM. I asked to speak to her and I was told she had just left. I assume with as horribly that restaurant is being run, I would not be getting my make up bucket. So I decided not to even try. I told the young girl the drive thru had 4 cars behind me. She said “Oops” and asked if she could help the person on the speaker as I drove off. This restaurant location needs some serious help. When I got home I only had 3 pieces. So the order never got corrected after I told her the right order. I never got a receipt so I guess I have no proof but I won’t be returning to this location anymore.

They changed the macaroni and cheese it literally taste like noodles in water soup. The chicken is so greasy and mushy gooey it’s inedible. My daughters popcorn chicken was old and over cooked she wouldn’t eat it. The only thing I could stomach was the mashed potatoes & gravy & the biscuit. Guess when I want fried chicken I’ll be cooking it myself. Disgusted with how down hill the food has went in the past few years.
