We love zaxbys but prefer to order online because it is easier to select our desired sauces, dips, and seasonings…and it’s easier to use our rewards. The last two weekends we couldn’t order online so we went someplace else both times. The most frustrating part is that you don’t know the order won’t go through until you get to the checkout…so you waste all that time and effort putting everything into your cart. Please fix this issue!

After Sunday service, we frequent this location. Last Sunday, there was a huge crowd inside and in drive thru, but the lines were moving workers, including management, were serving and cleaning.
One manager was at the cashier’s register, and the other was helping, which was helping cook and prepare food. Customer service was great because they recognized those who are regulars and while we were eating came out and greeted us.
Yesterday, we went back and tried the new chicken Philly. The sandwich was a favorable and hardy portion; served with fries and a beverage. Great price. I thoroughly enjoyed it to the point I messaged family and friends to try it, too.
See you all again soon.

This Zaxbys is one of the few fast food restaurant in Clayton that seems to care about their customers and getting orders right. Ive ordered delivery many times and my order always arrives fast and most importantly, correct – no missing items except for maybe occasional missing sauces. I appreciate the service here and the food is addictive. Their employees are friendly and helpful and actually answer the phone when you call with questions. I will probably only order delivery from here from now on.

I emailed customer service, requested that I be contacted with a resolve, and never received one. SO they must not care about what happens in their establishments.
I have NEVER had Zaxby’s EVER. I have lived here in Clayton since 2014 and finally today decided to give Zaxby’s a try.
It is my first, and LAST time eating here. Their image is tarnished in my mind now….
I placed a TO-GO order. I arrived, checked in on the app and watched 12+ cars go through drive-thru, I tried calling, to ensure everything was good, and no answer (later found out they were on the line and that is why it just rang) I walked over to the service window and asked about my order.
This was after waiting 12 minutes for an order I placed on the app (should have given them even more time to make a simple order)
Lilly went int o find my order, and sure enough it had just been sitting there and no one was paying attention.
I told her that the drink wasn’t even supposed to have ice, yet there it was, full of ice. (She could have offered to remake it but she did not)I should have checked my order before leaving but I was already aggravated and in a bad mood.
I pulled off and checked it at the grocery store on my way home and the ONLY thing that they got right was the chicken strips and even those were barely warm and tiny dried up things. They put NO SAUCE, I wanted coleslaw as the side, I got fries and there you have it! That is my first impression of your restaurant.
I did speak to the Manager Octavia(not sure if that is correct spelling of her name) and told her what happened. She did apologize but that means very little when you waste your time and money on something and it is made that horrendously and incompetently wrong. She offered to make a free meal (and why would I want that? so it too can be made incorrectly?)
I can now understand why these are considered an unskilled job, but I mean, come on? can they NOT even read an order receipt?
they need to do better at this location….but I am 100 million percent not interested in their food anymore.
Smithfield’s has better service and chicken strips anyways.

The employees were professional sweet and welcoming. The environment was mellow however, The manager constantly yells at the workers and is very demanding. I asked for a honey mustard and instead of handing it to me he yelled at an employee right next to him to hand me the sauce
As a employee of Chick-fil-A it takes teamwork and positive tones to create a healthier environment and I feel that if he wasn’t as stern it would motivate the employees to what to do better and create positive environments as a whole.
