Employees pay attention to detail, and order was 100% accurate and pretty tasty. Family stopped because of a long road trip, and we ordered ahead. It was a little bit delayed but it was delivered to our car and it was freshly made. Kudos for a job well done.

The order taker sounded like she didn’t want to be there for one and for two I asked for a Cobb salad and wings. My salad was missing ingredients just thrown together and I had more sauce in the bag than on my wings smh. For the time we all waited in that drive thru line my order should have been perfect. Just stopped by for a quick bite to eat. Long story short I will never be eating at zaxbys again. We spent at least $30 on 3 meals and they couldn’t give us any sauce with our sandwiches. They couldn’t spare me ONE zaxbys sauce for my grilled chicken sandwich’s. Also, my mom went to go wash her hands and the entire bathroom floor was greasy and she almost slipped. Do better. I’ll stick to chick fila much cleaner & the service is always top tier.

First time at Zaby’s and wasn’t impressed. It’s pretty much just chicken on the menu, mostly fried. I did see a grilled chicken on the menu, but went with the chicken fingers. I wasn’t able to understand the order taker. It turns out she was asking me about the sauce for my fingers. Since we were unable to communicate, my order came with no sauce. I found the fingers to be a little grizzly, not the most tender. The fries were nothing to rave about either. For the prices of their entrees, I would choose the competition next time.

Ordered online. Got home items missing from the order. Had to go back then prove they shorted us on food. Then get back home and no sauces at all for any of the food. Should have checked after getting shorted. So i guess thats on me. Won’t be going here for a while.

Zaxby’s has the best chicken anywhere!! Seriously. They have tons of dipping sauces to choose from and their sides are great (I love their french fries & cole slaw!) This location is perfectly located near Lowe’s & Walmart; they were busy but we got our food quickly and it was hot! Great job Zaxby’s!

Bad service turned good. Had asked that dip not b placed in with food because of germs. Lady recaps order but my food has sauce inside anyway I call back manager very nicely listen to the issue and responded in a very professional manner replacing entire meal. Thanks for caring! please speak to corporate about reconsidering putting that sauce inside with the food I had an issue where the container had dirt etc. on it and it was in the food and ended up in my mouth on my chicken. Thanks again I love this restaurant ❤️
