This used to be my favorite Zaxby’s location — but not anymore. The quality and service have really gone downhill, and I no longer feel like I’m getting my money’s worth.
The location is convenient, so I visit often, but the customer service has been almost non-existent lately, and my order has been wrong nearly every single time. Today, I ordered a large fry with extra seasoning — it wasn’t. Last week, I ordered a salad, and the container was nearly empty with no Asian coleslaw or lettuce.
What is going on at this location? It’s disappointing to see such a big decline in what used to be one of the best spots around.

The food is always good here. It is hit or miss with how friendly the staff is. My largest complaint is HOW MUCH ZAXBYS HAS INCREASED their prices over the past 2-3 years. I can definitely eat at a nice sit down full service restaurant for what it cost to eat fast food here. Everyone has gone up in price, but I feel like Zaxbys doubled the increase compared to everyone else.

I frequent this place nearly daily and each time I come the staff is amazing. It genuinely feels like I’m apart of the crew a. Times. I get my food quick most of the time as well and it’s almost always delicious. Plus I think this is the healthiest restaurant in the area to be honest.
But I will say not everything is perfect, sometimes the drinks from the drink dispenser tastes funny and I may get some stale fries but these are a rare occasion.
If you come to eat here I promise you wont regret it.

I have only eaten at a Zaxbys one time before this, and I will not eat at another one. I was the only person in there on Sunday afternoon, and it took almost 10 minutes to get my food. The wings were not hot, and they were very tough. The tenders were hot and had a good flavor, and so were the fries. A lady came in to complain that they had not gotten her order right in the drive thru and i never heard tgem say they were sorry whuke they got her what she had ordered. The ac must have been set on 60 because it was so cold in there. I went in the bathroom to clean the BBQ sauce off of my hands, and there was an employee in there, but he was not in there to clean it up. The bathroom was nasty, and it looked like someone had urinated on the wall and the floor. This will keep me from going to this, or any other Zaxbys to eat.

Stopped in while on a road trip. Staff was welcoming and took care of us right away. Food was delicious and portions were generous. I especially loved their soft drink machine – those are always fun to find. Place had a good vibe. Will stop in again when back in the area.

My chicken was undone I asked for fresh ones and they gave me an attitude about it. Some of the workers was very unprofessional and had the nastiest attitude. Worst place I ever been to.

Such an organized and clean location! The staff is still welcoming and friendly even when the drive through line has stacked up. They do a great job of communicating as a team and working together. As always the wings and things is a staple and that Texas toast never fails Well done guys!

Dale is amazing. 10/10. My aunt comes here almost twice a week because she has me, my sister, and her kids and in total it’s about 8 people eating. So we get the Zack pack meal and they always make our experience easy and sweet. Never had any issues. Dale is such an amazing manager ! Best Zaxby’s by far

The person at the drive thru forgot to give me my drink. He asked what my drink was. My reply was a sprite with lite ice. He makes the drink with sprite all outside the cup. So I wipe it off. I get done with my drink fairly quick. I open the lid, what do you know…full of ice. I’m slowly winging myself off fast food places. I just told him and it was loud and clear enough for him to understand. It’s sickening! I wish I could input the picture.

Fried Zensation salad came with not one but two citrus vinaigrette dressing. Bomb.come the egg roll that was included With the salad tasted great. I could tell it wasn’t freshly dropped, seems it had been sitting for a few mins but the flavor profile of the egg roll was great! I also purchased the Strawberry lemonade frozen drink. NICE!
