Wow! A real Dennys! The food showed up looking just like the menu, and tasted great. Wait staff, calm and efficient.

T-bone steak was a bit under cooked but it’s better than being over cooked. The red skin potatoes are salad were good. Service was fast.

Never got seated before I walked out. I waited for at least 10 minutes for a hostess to come seat me, once she showed up she said it would be a minute, she went back to the kitchen and took care of other customers but didn’t come back for me and I waited at least another 5 to 10 minutes before walking out and grabbing a slice of pizza. If they had had a full restaurant I might have understood, but there were only about 8 people in the dining area. I will not go back there

What happened to Dennys? This used to be a great breakfast place. Nowadays everything tastes like cardboard. Everything. Eggs, veggies, potato’s…Even coffee is watered down. I’m not coming back any time soon. The only good thing is I didn’t have to wait.

I went to this denny’s to order a grill cheese sandwich fries. I asked a Caucasian lady at the register would she be taking my order, she advised no I’m the cook just here to ring up a Caucasian couples meal. As the couple was coming to the register, I asked the cook, if she can make a grill cheese sandwich. Her attitude was so nasty, she says I don’t know, it was on the kids menu, but probably gone now. She rang up the couple and advised Stephanie would be out to take my order. Keep in mind I was already waiting at the register for almost 15 minutes. Stephanie, wonderful customer service took my order, they could not do a grill cheese, so I ordered the brisket melt and asked for the toppings on the side. The brisket melt consists of brisket, sautéed onions, American cheese, white cheddar, and eggs on sourdough bread. So all my toppings should have been on the side, and the sandwich would consist of American cheese, white cheddar on sourdough bread. She comes from the kitchen yelling at Stephanie asking why she didn’t put it in as a children’s grill cheese, Stephanie advised her, it would not have the 2 cheeses and sourdough bread. Then you asks me what kind of cheese I wanted. I advised the 2 cheeses that come on the brisket melt. So after all that, she makes the grill cheese on white bread instead of sourdough bread, and I paid for sourdough. She was very nice to the Caucasian couple, makes me wonder if it was a race thing as I am a black woman. If so, people of color go somewhere else where you are respected as a customer. The cook displayed so much rudeness and unprofessionalism and this who Dennys has out front representing them. My company will not be frequenting this Dennys ever again. Management needs to evaluate your staff because if your cook is an example, you may see more negative reviews. Who am I kidding they probably won’t even address it.

Thank you Stephanie for your excellent customer service as you definitely lead by example, it’s just a shame the cook doesn’t follow that lead.

The hostess was instantly rude to me as if I was bothering her on her break or something. Also, I waited 45 minutes for my food though I ordered before the other people getting served…. Then they intentionally didn’t put my cheesecake in the bag and said nothing until I acknowledged it. That’s when she instantly claimed they don’t have any, which shows it was intentional. I asked her to at least substitute it and surprise! They did have cheesecake smh. Enjoy everyone

The food was excellent; I’m just disappointed that I didn’t get refills. They were a little busy and I would give them another chance. I did love the license plates from different states on the wall.

Absolutely ridiculous! Went in because you can get lunch anytime but was refused lunch at 8am. Than it took 25 mins for one omelette and a piece of toast, also the cook and server in the back were bitching bc I was wanting to order
A dam cheeseburger. They were all wearing hoodies including the manager with red
Hair and blasting fetty wrap and Kevin gates music. NOT APPROPRIATE! Food was not good, coke was out, gross

The staff working the night of 12/1/25 is awful. They refused to take anymore orders because “they were closing soon.” As a person who has ran several businesses I would never turn away a paying customer. Especially someone hungry. Also, 15 minutes before closing is not too late for one meal and a short order at that.

Dennys, do better!
