I’m a pretty big Zaxbys fan and this location is one of the best. Out of southern pines, Fayetteville, Cameron and Wake forest this is honestly my favorite one to come to. It’s always clean. And the store manager; Brooke, is amazing and you can tell she loves her job and her store!! 10/10 will be back for sure

Every time I go in there the food is so on point I love it, and my food has never been messed up. The cashiers are so nice, I’ve never had a cashier be rude to me. Even when I called in my order no one has ever been rude to me. I love it here, I wish every fast food place was like this one.

Employees were friendly and professional. Place was clean. The wait for my food seemed sort of long for the small number of people that were in the restaurant eating. I got the house salad with grilled chicken. The salad had very little chicken on it. Zaxby’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants maybe this location wad just having a bad day.

Food was awful. I ordered chicken wings and they were so over cooked I could only eat 2 of them. One was so over cooked it was black. However the garden salad was great. Hard to mess that up. Texas toast was a piece of bread with melted butter on it. Not toasted at all. Haven’t been here in a while. Now I remember why I stopped going here.

I don’t recommend the traditional wings at all! So dry and hard as a rock! I think they been under a heat lamp for 3 days because they are basically jerky! They had 20 workers standing around, no one could make me some fresh wings?

Store is extremely clean! Staff are polite! Sometimes there’s a wait but it’s worth it for that fresh & hot meal. Makes dinners convenient and is my preferred spot out of the usual haunts. That and the fries – hot with extra seasoning <3

The Zaxby’s in Sanford has the nicest staff possible. They immediately greeted me as I walked in, the cashiers and managers were very friendly and welcoming. The Cobb salad is always spot on when I order it and it only took a few minutes to receive my food. Will definitely be back again!

The bone in wings are pencil thin and I would not recommend anyone to get them. They are literally gone after one bite. Cashier was friendly and helpful.
