Stopped by to grab lunch and use the restroom to break up a long drive. Restaurant was dirty, smelly and uninviting.
No one was readily at the register to take our order, it looked like an employee was eating and working on a laptop with papers scattered on a table at the front. We decided to leave out of concern for food safety.
Additionally, we did not use the bathrooms as the were filthy, literally.
As we got back into our vehicle to leave we saw someone return with what looked like a freshly prepared order. The individual took the food inside the establishment and left empty handed.
Overhaul is needed.

The food was ok, but that was literally it. The worst customer service I’ve had at a Zaxby’s. Usually, the customer service is even better than the food. The lady taking orders was rude, dismissive, wouldn’t speak, just shook her head. Wouldn’t make eye contact. The customers after me said the same thing. She spent most of the time on the phone and ignoring customers. The restaurant was dirty, there wasn’t any ketchup, and if I hadn’t just driven 12 hours, I would have left and found something else. There was a huge line up front, and no one even acknowledged the customers. So glad this isn’t my local restaurant.

I ordered a boneless wings meal and a drink. Once I finished with my meal and got down to the bottom of my drink. I notice a dead fly at the bottom of my drink underneath the ice. I wanted to regurgitate everything.

I ordered twice last week a 5 finger plate and a 6 finger plate. Got home and had 4 in each box. Ordered a 10 piece today only had 9. Yall better count your chicken fingers. I dont know what they got going on in the back.

I was disappointed that they were not still selling the chicken tacos, I was really looking forward to them. They were the reason I chose to go there. I got the chicken tenders and they were very good. I hope that they bring the chicken tacos back soon!!!
