A whole new world
My wife and I ordered a Mexican Pizza from this Taco Bell, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. It was our first meal of the day, but the pizza had an unusual taste and smell. Not long after eating, both of us became sick with stomach flu symptoms. This was concerning and made us question the food quality and preparation standards at this location. We hope management takes this seriously and ensures better quality control moving forward.

We waited in line 40minutes before closing, the whole time they were just telling people they werent taking orders. They said that they were only giving out pick up orders since they were about to close, how are people supposed to know. Mind you, it was 40 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING!!! The whole line ended up going to mc donalds since their employees do want to work.

came inside to ask a question about the app bc i couldnt order a soda .. while i was waiting for my food a lady came out and started asking if we had ordered saying she sees us sitting here but not ordering. if you dont have the patience to work w customers, dont work in a fast food place ! also .. paid extra for a freeze bc they supposedly didnt have sodas, then when i went to get it they didnt have freezes, but they fixed the soda machine. highly recommend yall go to freaking wendys or even mcdonalds, this place had One nice employee and everyone else acted like they hated their jobs

It’s Taco Bell so the food is pretty much what you expect. What I don’t enjoy is Christian music serenading me during my lunch. They had on a Christian radio station I have nothing against people and their beliefs but I don’t need to hear about how I should be giving my life to God at a Taco Bell during lunch.

The drive through can get long. Going inside can be quicker. Overall, these guys work are fast to pump out orders.
Ghetto due to the homeless situation. Used to be okay. Can be ghetto with the girls in the back having to take phone orders because the drive thru speaker is not working. Poor girls.

I ordered a delivery by Uber Eats. All of my food is cold and stale because they make it as soon as you place your delivery order, and then even though it’s been well over an hour when the driver goes to pick it up, they still serve the stale cold food. They should be remaking it if it’s old. Waste of my money couldn’t even eat half my food.

Worst Taco Bell. Consistently long wait times for drive thru, takes them like 30-40 mins to get through like 4 cars. Portion sizes are noticeably smaller than other Taco Bell’s. Everyone I know just drives to Mililani instead because it’s better and faster. Can literally drive there and back in the time it would take u to get through the line at this location. Boo

It’s faster to drive to the Mililani location, go thru their drive thru and drive back than it is to wait in this drive thru.
