Super…. If you want to wait in the drive thru for an hour. The dining room doors close somewhere around 9ish. The drive thru line is always out on the road and you’ll wait a good hour before you drive away with your food. BUT, tacos, so you do what you gotta do.

I think I’ve only gotten one messed-up order here in two years. Good portion sizes. Lobby was clean and staff friendly. Only real complaint is the drive through can be slow, but they serve alot of people, so it makes sense.

I love Taco Bell so much that I just downloaded the app! but this location is always slow. Doesn’t matter what time or day of the week either. You’ll have to wait in line for a while. I’d recommend the location in Mililani, since it’s definitely not as bad.

This location takes the longest I’ve ever seen out of any fast food place I’ve ever been to prepare food. Basically every time I come here, I’m in line for ATLEAST 45 mins. It’s honestly dumbfounding. I don’t know what’s going on inside this store but it’s insane. It’s like they’ve got one person inside who could careless how long anyone is waiting. Management should be fired tbh.

Around lunchtime is a bad time to go. The drive-thru line is almost always busy, and it takes a long time to get through it. And because there’s a line you always feel rushed right through as soon as it’s your turn, not much a welcoming feeling. But knowing this, yes, I still go there, but I try to go right before or after the rush so that it is a more pleasant experience.

The way the drive-thru is set up is absolutely ridiculous. Why would you put the speaker to order right next to the window? Gives them 0 time to make the food before you get to the window so the line gets stupid long very quickly. We normally go to Mililani if we want taco bell.

Let’s start with the fact that the drive-thru takes astronomically long to get through. This is the only time in my entire life where I’ve sat in a Taco Bell drive-thru for more than 30 minutes multiple times. It’s always this drive-thru. Then let’s also address the fact that they don’t close until 10:00 but the doors are locked before 9:47. Absolutely ridiculous. I order online and have to wait in a 30 minute line just to get my order

Food and facility is as expected. After it closes the drive thru line can be very long. I waited 1 hour on Friday night. Probably need more help to make food faster after hours. Newly remodeled or new building. Ample parking.

This place is terribly run. They are absolutely not capable of handling the amount of business they get at peak time. They also do a terrible job with Uber Eats. Orders are rarely ready and I have to sit in lobby for 10-20 minutes waiting on them. Came on Saturday 4/30 and lobby was closed. Drive through line down the block. Had to cancel two orders. I was in there on 5/1 and they had about 6 staff working and few cars in drive through and they couldn’t even make the takeout orders for people in the lobby. Sat there for 20 minutes. I wish I could blacklist this place on Uber so I don’t have to reject orders and affect my stats.

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. 45min just to order food, when it’s not even busy. This is by no means fast food, I would’ve gotten my food faster if I went to a sit down restaurant. During lunch hour, after waiting in line for 30min (we where 4th in line) i gave up and ordered inside. No one to take my order after standing for 5min waiting so used the self order, while I’m using the self order a gentleman walks in and gets to order his food right away. Poor management, poor customer service and no apologies.
