We had a wonderful experience at this Zaxby’s! Even though five other cars pulled into the drive-thru at the exact same time as us, the team handled the rush perfectly. Despite being the sixth car in line, we were served quickly and with so much patience, which we really appreciated since it was our first time visiting.
Our food was served hot, the drinks were great, and the entire staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We enjoyed everything and already can’t wait to come back and try the cheesecake bites!

The GM and his new assistant GM, “Se7en” are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure not only their customers, but their employees are happy and cared for.
The ENTIRE restaurant is CLEAN, from the restrooms to the dining room and at least what is in customers view of the back of the house. The food is always fresh and amazing and comes out quickly. The prices are also pretty reasonable!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the food and how budget friendly it was compared to other fast food chains. I got the chicken sandwich meal and it was filling and had good flavor. Only reason for 4 stars is because I burnt my tongue a few bites in. It was EXTREMELY hot! I’ve never had a chicken sandwich do that before, but it’s not their fault, can’t complain too much because it was super fresh! My husband got the boneless nuggets with mild buffalo sauce and chicken tenders meal. He enjoyed it and is a big kid with how picky he is. Customer service was good. Nice and friendly, fast & accurate service. The atmosphere reminded me more of a sit down restaurant instead of a fast food restaurant which was a nice surprise.

I love Zaxby’s, and I’m glad I live near this one. It’s never a dull moment, as the customer service is amazing, the food is delightful, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I don’t quite remember the gentlemans name that rung me up, but I can say he was awesome and friendly.

A great experience! The service was great. The general manager was leading his team well – shout out to Sidney. He was very courteous to his employees and customers. They were also being intentional to keep the restaurant clean.

I’ve been coming to this Zaxby’s for a while now. Everyone’s been friendly, the restaurant is clean & the food us great! Special note, the chicken is always hot & juicy, it’s perfect.
