Normally you’d imagine hey it’s just a burger king. A quick place you stop by on your way to your evening itinerary. Well…. this place has piping hot hash browns, fresh food, and excellent breakfast. It is unreal how good this particular burger king is. You can tell the manager takes great pride in his work. Quick. Peak of what BK can be. Also situated right near boston commons. Perfect after a walk/jog.

I’m here a few times a week, it’s sort of off my commute to work lately, with the Green Line out of service, but I come here because the manager Bebe, and her employees Martha and Sergio, Lo and Others always make me feel welcomed, I had one issue with my food, and it was fixed immediately. The food is always hot, and the service is very good, very friendly here. Very accessible Via the Green Line Pahk Street station and Orange Line Downtown Crossing Station.

I visited this Burger king location on 3d September 2025. I ordered at the self-service kiosk and paid 16 USD. The kiosk didn’t give a receipt, but it showed my order number of which I did a photo. Also I entered my name. When the order was ready they called me by my name, I came and asked if that was order number *, because I ordered on a tray and they gave me the order in a bag. The man answered that it was a correct order and gave me my order. I sat and ate at the closest table to the cointer area. I went to the counter again and asked for a tray. The spanish speaking woman who was wearing not a uniform, but a sports tshirt of green color gave me a tray. When I was done eating I went to the toilet but the same woman who gave me tray yelled at me that toilet was only for customers. I vawed at the young man who gave me my order and told that I just finished eating. Keep in mind that I sat at the nearest table for 20 minutes facing workers of Burger king.
The young man asked me if I already ate, which I already told me and aftwr I said yes, he gave me the code to the bathroom. Bathroom wasn’t clean. And the whole situation when I got treated as a criminal even though I made and order and already ate it, and then I dare to want to go to bathroom was very dissapointing.
By the way, when I only entered the Burger king the homeless person seemed to be under dr*g influence followed me and he went to the bathroom without buying anything. And he was there so long that the Burger king worker knocked on the door telling him to go out.
So, they let homeless people in bathroom but they don’t remember customers who bought food 20 minutes ago. Very sad. And also, all workers should wear uniform to work and not sport tshirts.
I don’t recommend visiting this place!

Burger King is always exactly what you expect, but a little bit better. Lost of other fast-food places end up being disappointing, and even sometimes fancier burger restaurants. But the Whopper always delivers. Probably one of the cheaper burgers in downtown Boston, but still just… satisfying. The new kiosk ordering stations are kind of annoying, but they let you customize your order much more, so that’s kinda fun.
The atmosphere is about what you’d expect; serviceable. You’ve got an okay view of the Common, and it’s tidy enough, so overall fine.

In fact, the workers at Burger King treat customers with respect, including the manager, and it is clean. As for the whole order…very hot and fresh.

Overall, this store is amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely come again and eat here! Highly recommended BK place to eat.

Servers were friendly and nice but the place is just a mess especially the bathroom. It needs cleaning and water is not running. You can get the passcode from the cashier. Limited table seating. No parking and no high chairs available

I’m highly disappointed in this store. Management isn’t completely terrible but lacks customer integrity and service focus. I ordered a burger with no bacon but received a bacon burger. I came in to exchange it and the gentlemen at the counter completely ignored me. Very rude and dismissive. At which point a woman who I believe I spoke to the GM and she apologized and tried to help the situation. In accepting her efforts…
I order a another sandwich for my friend and she found these tomatoes in her sandwich. I’m mortified! The quality of those tomatoes are insanely bad if not rotten. What person just puts end piece tomatoes in a sandwich… Unless not spitefully intentional. I just don’t get it. One can’t be that naive. I won’t ever come back here again. The manger apologized and gave me my money back. Which should be mandatory. But I’m not satisfied. The only good service I received was the young lady taking orders and the other sweeping. Other than that this place is a disappointment.

I drive for GrubHub and just arrived to pick up an order which consisted of a original chicken value meal and a pie. This place has no drive-thru so it’s main focus should be counter service. The manager informed me that it would be a 10 min wait. I worked for Burger King for 19 years and was a general manager and I know to cook a chicken fresh takes under 4 min and under 3 min to cook the fries. So tell me why am I waiting 10 min? They aren’t even busy!!!!!
