We moved to the area recently and were thrilled to find a Zaxby’s reasonably nearby. We’ve tried to pick up dinner from this location twice and failed both time in some way. The first time they hadn’t plugged in the grill properly so they had none of the grilled items. The second time tonight, we had to wait for them to cook the grilled chicken for salads and then when we unpacked our food at home we found they’d forgotten one entire part of our order. I also overheard one employee say they didn’t care that they’d left something out of a drive through order. They don’t seem to care if they get any order correct, We won’t be trying again although we loved our old location Zaxby’s.

Staff at inside counter was not friendly and just stood around giving unpleasant looks. The outside looks very dirty and run down and the drink machine was out of 70% of the drinks and kept showing an error/fill message. 4 of our items were left out of our order but I appreciated the friendly young man in the drive thru who apologized several times, and offered to make it right anyway he could, with a smile on his face. He really stood out from the rest of the employees who seemed unhappy to be there. This is not my usual experiences with Zaxby’s restaurants or staff, even this store. It’s really gone down.

We were there at noon. Chicken was small and chewy, fries soggy and bread burned. EVERYTHING in the store was greasy and dirty. The outside of the tea containers looked disgusting. Felt like I had to wash up after eating inside. Don’t plan to go back. Disappointing!

Took a looooong time to get our food and it was wrong when we got it. They fixed it right away though. Soda formula was off and watery. Chicken was good. Fried pickles were way overcooked.

They didn’t open for “dine in” at the time they were supposed to be open and to top it off the drive through wasn’t working. I asked a worker what was going on and she said we’re short staffed and walked in…guess she’s still getting paid for nothing.

The seating area was mostly new looking high end booths. This location is much more upscale than other Zaxby’s we’ve been to. We went at 3 pm on a Sunday and it was completely empty.

Wasn’t greeted, employee had no shame in pulling out phone in front of our faces, cursing at each other, and complaining about how much they don’t like their job. Food was pretty bad too. The fried pickles are so stale, salty and HARD AS ROCKS. Some sauce spilled all over our food too. Come here if you like to waste money!
