I was very pleased with my first visit to this location of Zaxby’s. The four chicken fingers were tasty, filling and piping hot. The server offered extra fries when I declined the cole slaw, which I gladly accepted.
The only slight negative was the fountain drink machine needed to be wiped down on the rear area of the dispenser.

This is by far the best Zaxby’s location I have been to! I haven’t had Zaxby’s in a long time since moving to Maryland, so I was excited to visit this location on a roadtrip. I am so glad we stopped here, as the staff, including Tatiyana C, were incredibly welcoming and comforting. Tatiyana helped us pick out our meals and provided an excellent service with her coworkers. In addition to the incredible service, the food was perfect! The fries were seasoned to perfection and the chicken was delicious! I will be stopping at this location again on future roadtrips!

This Zaxbys is exceptional. The young man who took our order was so amazing, friendly and wished he would train all employees in our location near us. He’s definitely is an asset. Food was really great and service quick as well. The place was very clean as well.

Haven’t been in years. The cashier was nice but the food is not what it used to be. Chicken wings look like pigeon wings and the strips look cut in half from old stripes. Probably won’t eat there again

We like coming here, there’s something for the whole family. The restaurant is clean, staff has been friendly, no errors on our orders. Both in house and drive-thru have been great.

Isn’t there a way the employees can turn off taking orders from the app if the restaurant is going to be closed during working hours. Now, I can’t use the promotion that expires today.

My first time going to Zaxby’s. Good atmosphere. The food was good and was ready pretty quick. Friendly staff. I would definitely go back. I want to try more of their menu.

The chicken was very good at this location. Unfortunately the dining room is still closed due to covid so nothing to review in there. I have been to many Zaxby’s locations around the east coast and was very happy with my experience there. Also the girls working inside the restaurant were all kind and beautiful.

This is very new, clean Zaxbys. But there are three things to note:
1. Fries seem to be consistently under seasoned and trend toward soggy.
2. The sweet tea is insanely sweet compared to other locations. Tread lightly.
3. The sink in the restroom is ridiculous. It barely dribbles. I don’t know how the employees are washing their hands.
*checked back again today. Sink still doesn’t work.
