I’m so very surprised at the marketplace location , usually I don’t have any problems but today I ordered 2 4 tender meals with French fries and sweet tea . Came back to my job to eat , was thinking ok everything should be ok . Nope! I was wrong .. Bushes forgot to put the main thing in the box , Chicken! Like really I pay $24 dollars and neither one of us didn’t get any chicken in our boxes … Come on bushes , do your job and take a look after you finished a box to check if everything is in it and not just send it without any chicken or any item that is supposed to be in it.

As a former business owner I really try to not submit in bad reviews. However having to wait 35 mins in the drive through. Continuously getting passed and ignored. This place can’t staff to save its life. The foods not bad though I’ll give it that. Just terrible service. Twice people came out did not look my way to see if I had been helped and just passed me with my window clearly down and me waving. Borderline comical.

Always a favorite when we are in town! We have Chicken Express in League City, TX and I think same owners? Chicken is fresh and gravy is delicious. I have no idea why Canes is so popular, they don’t even season their chicken-its just flavorless!!

Was working a 32 hour shift on Father’s day and couldn’t leave the hospital. I had my wife go get some food for me. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal and jalapeno poppers. I got 5 cold chicken strips and a gravy that was so cold I could turn it upside down and it almost didn’t come out. And instead of a jalapeno popper they gave me just a regular jalapeno. Lastly cold hard roll which suprisingly difficult to break in half. Normally their service is just o.k., but when I called the manager back to let her know that it was bad, her response was maybe it’ll be better next time. My daughter who started eating her meal on the drive from the store to the hospital said her meal was cold as well. Lastly, my wife said that she had to wait forever in line as it was extremely slow.
