I got the house salad with fried chicken and a side of egg rolls with sweet and spicy sauce. The food was delicious and the dining area was clean and spacious. I will eat here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Employees are very lively and food looked TOO GOOD to eat! They always welcome me to the establishment and also recommend me their newest items on the menu! It is great to see employees out taking care of the lobby. I come very often and as a regular they treat me like royalty! Any time I have an issue, I always promptly discuss to them about it and they always resolve it quickly and with a smile!

I was in Winchester today and decided to eat at Zaxby’s since it had been a few years since I ate at one in Tennessee. I went in and got reminded about the nice interior they have. A very nice interior decorated nicely and they had a tv on showing a sports game you could watch while standing in line, that I thought was really nice. I went in and got in line with 3 people in front of me at 12:40 on a Sunday afternoon. It took a few minutes to get through the line and got helped by a friendly young lady who took my order of a Signature Sandwich Meal, upsized my fries and drink and got me some cheddar bites. The signature sandwich was good and the fries were good, but the cheddar bites were not good. I had some of the cheese curds at Cook-Out the day before nearby here and those were better. I’d get the sandwich and fries again, but I’d skip the cheddar bites and try something else on the menu. While eating, I found I needed some extra sauce and I was able to go up to the front cashier and get it no problem even though they charged me .25 for the bbq sauce I asked for with my meal. This was def a good meal and made me hope it’s not so long until the next time I try them again.

First time trying. It was alright. The chicken tenders weren’t super crispy or seasoned but they were ok. The sauce was good and some may like it more than me but I didn’t think it was anything to rave about to anyone. Fries were crinkle cut with a bit of salt. Overall it wasn’t bad but not something I’d make a drive to Winchester just to get.

2024Mar. First time here and it was wonderful from the customer service to the food. Love the batter on the chicken breast. It tasted like stuffing and it was delicious. The deep fried cheese bites were so good. The Kickin’ Chicken sandwich was delicious and buttery.
The dessert we had an order of deep fried cheesecake with strawberry sauce and funnel cake with caramel sauce(I love the funnel cake w/o the caramel sauce)was so good with every bite.
Wonderful experience the entire time. Will definitely return here. I love when the cashier puts your name on the receipt when you place an order.

I tried Zaxbys in Georgia and it was horrible. But gave them another shot because my kids pressed me out. Glad I did. The food was fresh and those seasoned fries were sooo good. It was a great switch up from our norm. The hot honey mustard is really good. Next time I got to ask for extra seasoning on my fries. Strawberry lemonade… bomb. Extra sauce cost too much though. But Food came out quick and staff were nice and quick. I hate the drive-thru curb … I almost scraped up my rims. Other than that, will definitely go back.

It feels like every time I go, the Chicken Bacon ranch Loaded Fries get smaller and worse. Literally looks like they took one piece of bacon, cur it in half, then called it a day, and they barely put any cheese and ranch.

My first time visiting. They don’t have the use from where I normally live so I took the chance to try one while out of town. I was very happy with the experience the tenders were very good the fries were good but not excellent and the coleslaw was just average. Beware if you upgrade your drink to a large it is huge. I will definitely return and would like to try some of their other sauces. The basic sauce was decent but nothing outstanding. Overall a good experience.

Wanted to try the new tacos and the chicken was so tiny it only fit in 1/4th the taco! So disappointed with it. What was there tasted good though. It was a tiny chicken nugget vs a chicken strip. See picture of my wife’s chicken strip vs what was in the taco.
