This place can never get an order correct. A for 27$ I expect to get what I ordered. 2 steak egg and cheese bagels asked for extra breakfast sauce got home. It had NONE!!! Really people !!!! Oh and only had 1 little piece of onion. Which is truly sad also. So now I’ll be eating a dried out bagel!!! This is every time I go to this store. Don’t try to call them either because they won’t answer phone either. Pam Best

Not sure what it is about the south but 9 out of 10 times service is horrible at the fast food restaurants here. This place was no exception. They offer table service but makes you get the food. Don’t offer to bring it if you’re not going to. They haven’t changed the oil they use often enough and it is noticeable by the flavor and color of the food. Items were missing and the place is a mess. They just left the door open in the play area which is a safety violation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s obvious these places are lacking leadership.

Limited seating due to half of the tables being full of trash, overflowing trash can. Missing item in order, no straws, napkins, condiments provided. Had to wait at counter for 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. Dedicated counter person needed.

We ordered $30 dollars worth of ice cream products. They tried to give us semi melted ice creams with forks. We asked for spoons and they said they were out. We asked for our money back. At first they said okay. When my husband put the receipt on the counter they took it and refused to give us the money back. We had to call the cops to interview. Craziest thing ever.

Since the restaurant remodeled, I’ve rarely received my complete order or exactly what I ordered. Sometimes I’ve had to wait 20 minutes or more for my food, and it’s not for lack of staff—it’s not fast food at all. The service is generally bad, though not all of them; some are very nice. They lack common sense. If I order a large meal with more than one drink, they shouldn’t expect me to ask for a cup holder. I don’t have three hands. I keep eating at that restaurant because it’s the closest one to me.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The nuggets were old and tasted stale the fries had no salt at all, the sprite was flat, and the girl at the window tonight slammed the food in our hands for no reason. And then wanted to have the biggest attitude because we asked about a sauce we paid an extra 49 cents for and it wasn’t in the bag and it was a new sauce and then proceeded to just send us on our way with regular sauce and then rolled her eyes at us when we never caught an attitude with her and we’re actually really nice about the whole situation. Very unprofessional workers. I’ve caught people vaping in the windows before and blatantly talking while we have waited for our food but this girl slamming our food in our hands through the drive through window is just too much.

Everytime I come here they keep giving me packs of salt that’s wet! I keep complaining to the manager,and as soon as I come again, get more packs of wet salt.and I explain to them,the salt comes out in clumps,not good and it’s hard to pour over your food! I asked for a sausage mc muffin with NO egg,it has an egg on it! I get a hash brown and it’s COLD,along with the wet packs of salt! Go there and see for yourself,lol.btw,you may wanna check your order to make sure it’s correct! And the floors are always dirty inside with food,fries and paper on the floors.they are terrible to me! I won’t be going back!

The McDonald’s on Theodore Dawes is a joke. I have a receipt where we waited a little under an hour from 9:52 am to 10:39 am where we had to go inside to get the order and they had it sitting there waiting and it was produced in two minutes. This is ridiculous and terrible for business. I personally have worked in the restraunt and fast food business for over 15 years and if I was the manager I would fire and hire a whole new crew. Complete lack of customer service. They acted as if you were the problem for having a kind concern of where my food was. 10/19/2025 had two people standing around and not doing anything just saying they’re understaffed. More like poor time management and a lack of drive and dedication to your job. If you don’t like your job. Get another one.

They gave me burnt chicken nuggets and old french fries. Lady who took my order Was incredibly rude. Made me wait 10 minutes in the drive-through window and told me to go park and I waited another 10 or 15 minutes opened up my bag and my 20 piece nuggets was burnt and my fries were old with no salt. I’ve been telling myself toostop eatingMcDonald’s food cause it’s extremely unhealthy and I think I will start now.
