Ordered a meal, medium with a coke and a loaded chicken fry. There was no ranch on the loaded fries, and there were maybe 10 fries in my “medium” fry. And my sandwich was very very stingy on the sauce.

I’m Biloxi, Ms. visiting friends . The location lighting is a little dark. However, the food is really good, it’s worth the trip! I had a really,really fresh house salad ! My friend had Asian zalad, he commented it delicious ! The portion is a little small but displayed beautifully . The ladies’ restroom was well lit and very clean, yep !! We enjoyed our lunch very much!

I wont be returning. Me my wife and 2 kids were sitting in line trying to determine what we wanted, we were only sitting there for at the most 2 minutes and the lady kept repeatedly asking what can I get for you after ive already said every time one minute please, then seconds later she says rudely is there anything I can help you find yet.. so I said dont worry about it and left, I wont be returning to this location anymore.

I wanted to update my previous review. Although I didn’t have the best experience initially, the same night I left the review the manager, Charles, reached out and left me a voicemail to resolve the issue. I didn’t realize he had called until the next day, but he was very apologetic and offered to either remake my entire order or provide a refund.
I chose to have the food remade, and everything was taken care of promptly. I really appreciate Charles for reaching out so quickly and making the effort to resolve the situation. Customer service like that definitely makes a difference.

The people that work at this establishment are top tier human beings. I can’t say enough about the blessing that Ashley and Bobbie were to me and my son today. They took excellent care of us and their kindness will not be forgotten. I believe in God and I know that He takes care of those who takes care of others in need and they for sure took care of us. I am so grateful for their hospitality and give the ultimate kudos to the management team who employs amazing beings such as these 2 who work there. Great job on being amazing humans in this world. The food was amazing. The food was light, fluffy and well seasoned. It was like biting into a slice of heaven. The reason for the 3 stars was the customer service. The lady taking orders was extremely rude. She kept trying to rush us and ask us if we were done yet when there was additional people standing in line. She even rolled her eyes and sighed at us.

The first time I went to Zaxby’s was in Slidell Louisiana. Then they build one in D’Iberville, and Ocean Springs MS. I tried the one in Ocean Springs, it was okay, nothing like the one in Louisiana. I was bringing my granddaughter home for college and found the one in D’Iberville, when I say it the flavor and feel of the one in Louisiana, Oh my sweet goodness they were GOOD!! I drive through 3 towns to get there, and the people are so friendly. That’s the only one I will go to here.
