The food was delicious. The cashier needs customer service training. She couldn’t calculate my change. The 2nd time we went, she got the order wrong. She then ignored me when I went to get a to go box. The other employees that I interacted with were great.

The food was amazing. The food was light, fluffy and well seasoned. It was like biting into a slice of heaven. The reason for the 3 stars was the customer service. The lady taking orders was extremely rude. She kept trying to rush us and ask us if we were done yet when there was additional people standing in line. She even rolled her eyes and sighed at us.

Nice staff. Excellent menu. Perfect amount of condiments. Just regular basic chicken. Nothing special about any of it. The sauce is just regular and doesn’t have a kick. I ordered $80+ dollars worth of food for a family of 6. The food was such a small amount for that much money when comparing it to Popeye’s and other local Mom and Pop chicken joints.

There is so much good food at Zaxby’s . The wings , the tenders and everything is so good & delicious. I love the variety of sauces you get to choose from. The drinks are awesome, the staff is friendly. The food is always hot . It’s really a joy to find a Zaxby’s when traveling out of town.

Food was good as always, nice atmosphere but customer service was poor. I was the only person there waiting for my order to be taken. I waited 10 to 15 minutes before anyone would help and when someone did help, they were rude and acted like I was wasting their time. I have been there 3 times before I decided to leave a review. Will not be going back to this particular Zaxby’s.
