Awesome food! Sushi was amazing and had the most fresh taste compared to many sushi restaurants I have tried in the state. They were super friendly and walking in to pick up my order for takeout, I saw they were definitely busy but handled each situation and order with patience and kindness making sure the orders were correct. They did a great job with presentation and it was very delicious.

Probably the best sushi in the area. Fish is always fresh. Sushi rice is of a decent size and flavor. Other menu items, beyond sushi, are also done quite well. Staff is friendly and on point. They are open everyday including Mondays and they have their own delivery service which is quite convenient.

Very welcoming, bright atmosphere and good prices. The miso soup was a bit watery, but the pork tonkatsu was delicious, the vegetable tempura was light and tasty and the Titanic roll was somehow… I don’t know how to put it but squishy in an unexpected way? Absolutely loved this place. We ate dinner inside. The atmosphere was so nice, calm. It looked small when we walked in but as we sat it didn’t feel small at all. The service was actually very impressive; the waitresses were so attentive and quick to get us anything we needed without even asking for it.

We have been regular customers of Ichiban sushi for 5 years. Sometimes takeout orders weren’t perfect, but we kept quiet. Once again, a Tuna Tataki was in our order and the fish was “smelly”, not fresh. We called the Ichiban and said that we got a spoiled and extremely stinking, not fresh fish. A chef couldn’t help but notice that the fish smelled , which meant he prepared the order (with smelly tuna) intentionally. A manager had proved to us for a long time that we were wrong, that we didn’t understand anything about fish and that everything was fresh. As a result, we had severe diarrhea that night. In return, we were offered “a credit for two Tuna Tataki for the next order.” A very, very strong disappointment in the lack of professionalism of the restaurant management. Unfortunately, there is no respect for regular customers.

Professional sushi. Always fresh ingredients. Small place but food is always good. They have hibachi style dishes ( not prepared in front of you ) Katsu, teriyaki, udon noodles , and some bento style dishes, they also do sushi platters around the holidays which I’ve had a few times and they feed a lot of people and don’t disappoint. I order take out from here mostly but I’ve eaten in a few times. Service is always friendly and fast. Food is always presented very well and professionally.

A wonderful secret jewel hidden in a nondescript tiny strip mall. Great little gem offering an array of wonderful fish beef chicken options. The sushi is made by great sushi chefs before your eyes. Incredible place for good quality and great taste Japanese style food. The restaurant itself is not as stylish cozy, but the more than deliver on food quality and taste. My family always buys take away here whenever we’re for some Asian-Japanese food. Good work Ichiban Team!
