I went through the drive-thru for a Nibblers meal (bread soft). When I got my food, the chicken was cold and the bread was hard. I took it back and they replaced it, but it was the same thing—old fingers, dry chicken, and hard bread. As you can see, I had to spit it back out because it wasn’t edible.
I called the store and the manager said she watched everything come up “fresh” and that they already replaced my food. But if you get it wrong 10 times and give me bad quality food, it should still be corrected. $10 on a plate of food I can’t eat is ridiculous. I will be taking my 3 Nibblers back.

I never leave reviews! Today I don’t know how I got so lucky but whomever prepared my loaded chicken fries was on it! The food was so packed that the container was heavy, my sauces and seasoning were included just as requested! Massive flavor, layers on layers of the fries, cheese, ranch, chicken, etc is top notch that I just had to review this. There was a huge line but it moved quickly and my food was hot. Thank you Zaxbys on Perry Parkway! I haven’t eaten any fast food in months and decided on a new year’s treat, this hit the spot!

Since the opening of the new location I’ve received constant good service. The location is clean and well maintained. I generally go inside to order to which im usually greated. So glad we have the new location, I think ive eaten Zaxby’s more since the opening

Way to honor your older veterans. For veterans Day, the only way to get a veterans sandwich is to have the app and order through the app. Well many older veterans are not app friendly people. Out of all the restaurants in Middle Georgia that were offering something for veterans Day. My husband chose Zaxby’s and this is how you paid him back. Shame on you Shame on you.

I was on roadtrip and decided to stop here instead of Bucees because it’s new. CHECK YOUR TO GO FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I ordered 6 tenders. Big white sticker on top of container said six but only got four when I went inside the girls at front were really nice. Kid making food in back got an attitude with girl when she told him. She went back and showed him on screen too. The beverage area hadn’t been cleaned all day as it was filthy and ice wasn’t coming out either side. The tenders were hot but the fries were not.

I try to give them chance after chance, but it’s always something old on my plate especially the boneless wings. The portion of fries are off. Even when you ask for a large, you’re not going to get a large. Something is always wrong with my order when I go.

Defeats the purpose of a curbside when you have to drive back and go inside to get missing items on your order. Also, the app is not very user-friendly when it comes to checking in.
