We have been to Zao in Lehi several times and had a great experience each time. Unfortunately we didn’t have the same experience here. The portions were stingy resulting in having to ask if we could have just a bit more lettuce and dressing. I couldn’t find where the straws for the drinks were at so I asked the cashier. She handed me 1 straw from the cabinet under the cash register. Why do you have to hide the straws??? The tables were sticky. We sat and talked for awhile but never saw anyone cleaning tables. Overall a disappointment.

Great food! I really enjoy Zao. Plus this location always has very friendly and quick service in addition to being very clean and tidy. As others have stated it would be nice if the protein portions were a bit more generous regardless the food is excellent and I continue to come back.

Staff is always quick and easy to talk to. I’m never spending more than 10 minutes in the store when I gotta get it to go, and I’m always satisfied with the quality. Good atmosphere, great food, and an even better team running the line! I’ll always come back to this location, thanks to the welcoming energy from the employees.

lol, it’s as if Panda Express went to a yoga retreat, read some Michael Pollan, and came back with better taste and a clean conscience. And then the result was that Aubergine and Panda got married and had a well-adjusted child who meal preps and listens to NPR. That’s this place.

I’ll start off by saying I love restaurants that aren’t quite fast food quality and not quite sit down restaurant quality. It’s the perfect in-betweenm and zaos is far and away my favorite of those. The food is amazing. Fairly healthy and verry affordable. This location spasificly has always had amazing costumer service and amazing food. I highly recommend it. And regularly introduce friends to it.

If you want a healthy, delicious meal, this is the place! I usually get a rice bowl here, and I love the yellow curry. I’m so grateful that they have vegetarian options like seasoned tofu. Being able to add in guacamole is a nice option, too.

The food is delicious (I’ve only tried the kung pao and lemongrass sauce) but the portions could definitely be better for the price. (I’ve never been given as full of a bowl as pictured in some other reviews. The meat portion especially is so small and about a teaspoon for each topping doesn’t do a whole lot.)

I’ve been going here with my sons for years and I never had a bad experience! The food is always yummy. The drink selection is amazing. Love the passion limeade drink. Juan Carlos the manager is the nicest and his employees are too! The restaurant is always clean. I highly recommend it!

I mean it is simply disgusting the amount of chicken they gave me and the portions were terrible. The employees were find and decent but i seriously got 7 tiny pieces of chicken and paid 11$ for a skimpy bowl almost full of entirely rice it’s outrageous the amount of chicken they gave me and im not over exaggerating. For 11$ I deserve more than 7 pieces. Any other place like Chipotle is far better. I’m never coming back to zao and I’m simply outraged right now.
