Stopped for acquick meal, it was anything but fast. We were struggling with the kiosk located at the counter. 5 employees saw us struggling to get the 2 item $5 deal, but not one offered assistance. We had to flag the drive through employee for assistance. Who said nothing, but got us to the menu. We thanked him, but received no response. It took about 15 minutes to get our order. There were 2 orders ahead of us, the dinning area was closed and the drive through was not busy as it was about 7.45 pm. I used the ladies room while waiting for our food. It was about 45° F. We get our food go to our vehicle. The parking lot design was chaotic. My cheese burger looked as if it belonged in a kids meal it was so small. I will probably not stop at a BK again. Service, atmosphere & food were not worth my time it took for a fast meal.

Even though the food was good, the negative service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and the manager’s loud and mean behavior made the overall experience much worse than it should have been. Improving management attitude and customer service would likely make a huge difference.

The chances that you get your order exactly as you placed it are extremely small. Out of 10 orders they maybe got one order correct. And anytime I called to get my order fixed they would give you attitude and actually curse at you. At best they said “what do you want me to say, its gonna happen” amd then say they put you down on a list for free food replacements and then you never get it…

This is a clean and friendly well-lit Burger King. The lady helping us was nice, and the Oreo milkshake was bang on. My Whopper didn’t quite hit the spot as well as I’d hoped, but maybe I’m just getting older ♂️

I don’t frequent here, however I was working in bath and decided I would get breakfast. That was a mistake. Was the single handed worst idea I had that day. The food was sub par at best. Iced coffee is disgusting from here. The sausage egg and cheese was hard. No part of this food was a good experience. There is a lot of other fast food that was potentially better. I would go to Burger King elsewhere

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Workers there harass customers, they stalk them, and contact customers starting trouble. Managers refuse do do anything about it. They cross contaminate food, don’t wear hair nets, there’s black mold in the closet going towards the bathroom. Burger King isn’t up to code on anything. This place needs to be shut down and people need to be fired
