I’ve never had anything less than great here! My favorite restaurant in town! Great portions & great quality food & service. I love the Italian beef’s, chicken kabobs, gyros & bbq rib tip dinners. They have the good fries also! Their soda & raspberry tea hit the spot too. Their salads are always fresh and come with the fixins. Their soup is always homemade & delicious.

Their food is delicious and as the slogan says on the building does every meal will fill you up. Excellent food and customer service !!! Have a little bit of mix up with something I order but the stats are went over and Beyond to fix the problem. As I told the workers humans make mistakes and they did everything in their power to correct that mistake. The best food in the region !!!

Called to order a Greek Philly sandwich. I asked for no tomato. The lady i dealt with when I picked it was up was very nice. Unfortunately it was packed with tomato. Was told I was I was SOL because I couldn’t leave work to bring sandwich back .

They should of never sold it, or they never should of sold it to who they sold it to. The quality of food dropped. I know when new people come in, they make some changes. But they changed the things that made this place great. Almost all my favorites doesn’t taste the same. For over 10 years I knew if I order this or that. It was going to be good. Now I question it when I think about ordering. The food quality is a few steps down then it once was, it feels like it’s one step down from the wheel. It really feels like it went from a mom and pop’s spot to a franchise, and not a good franchise either . I’ll say give them a try but don’t expect too much . If you were a long life customer of this place, just go somewhere else

I have been going to zantes since before it was taken over by somebody new ever since then I’ve had nothing but issues super long wait times cold food, horrible service and to top it off their customer service skills on top of everything else is horrible. it’s really really sad if you ask me, you don’t get smiles anymore when you go in there just all around bad business.

Food is really good with big portions so you get your money’s worth. Always had good interactions with the staff and patient when I’m trying to figure out what to eat (I can never make a decision right away). When we eat in the diner area, can relax without a rush feeling and tables are clean each time as well. Worth coming back and trying something new on the menu. Highly suggest eating here. So far the ribs are my favorite by a long shot.

Sunday I ordered my regular Gyro with cheese as I do thru the week. So disappointed! There was about 5x slices of gyro meat, no cheese, no tomatoes and a thick layer of onions that was thicker than the meat! Pita was dry, cold and unseasoned…The whole Gyro was less the size of a hot dog and bun. No seasons, the sauce unseasoned. Thought it was a veggie wrap! Who ever is working Sundays on the grill should not be back there in the kitchen, because I’m not coming back on Sundays anymore! You gave me a nasty kids size pita sandwich! Obviously you have never seen or had a Nicks Gyro!

Ordered turkey sausage with my breakfast and paid for it. The cashier comes to the window and says they don’t have turkey sausage and offered a slice of cheesecake. I said no thank you, can you please refund me. She says they do NOT give refunds. Ummm excuse me what?? Charging a customer for goods and you don’t have them, and REFUSE to refund is indeed THEFT!! The manager Nicole, who was very rude by the way and then blamed her general manager for the rudeness, said she would have to void the transaction and RECHARGE me again for the items without the turkey sausage. Ummm excuse what again????!!! I said you know what just refund me the whole meal. And she got nasty with me again, refused to give me her general manager’s contact info or name and went into her iPad and said she voided the meal. And I said how did you void it?? I need some type of receipt that says you voided it. She prints out the receipt that says I owed for the whole meal again. She claims nothing comes out for a voided meal. Which I know this is completely FALSE! So now, I have to wait to see if they money is refunded. Because if not, I will have to do the whole filing a police report for theft and call my bank and dispute the charge and go through all that nonsense when it did not have to be this difficult. I will never return to this establishment. Which is sad, because I used to come here all the time. But if this is the way they treat customers in this economy, I will happily drive to other area restaurants where giving refunds is not an issue.

The Italian beef was one of the best I’ve ever had. Ever. One note. The feta cheese fries are DOUSED in oily Greek dressing. Made them soggy. Next time I’ll get it on the side. Staff is absolutely wonderful.
