Food is decent depending on what you order.The cleanliness is what bothers me Counters sticky,floors dirty and the doors and glass are filthy.That makes you wonder what is like in the back when food is being prepared. So I won’t support anymore. Definitely a hood spot.Wait time always told five minutes,but the sign says otherwise.If it’s not ready just be accurate with wait times.So yes people will have an attitude if it takes almost 20 minutes and one person working .
Catfish taste n smells fishy if that makes sense.So is it really catfish? They have a lot of business mainly because there isn’t many other choices in the area. I say, remember who keeps you in business and treat those better. Sanitize and deep clean.

Use to be good but chicken was not seasoned, or tender, more of a harder dry texture, maybe even freezer burnt or microwave chicken. Won’t be ordering from them again. Boyfriend and I both ordered a 12” philly and bread was soggy, had to reassemble the sandwich which I don’t mind but the food was so bland and tasteless. I doubt they even used salt and pepper. Spent $50 on that and some chicken nugs for our daughter lol again, just not worth it.

$31 for a 12pc Perch only to receive a 10pc when you check at home and then be dismissed after you call to complain is not good business practices. I recommend counting your food items before you leave to avoid coming up short on what you purchased honestly.

Fries had so much salt on them they weren’t edible. Chicken was undercooked and somehow the skin was fried to a crisp at the same time. Never go back.

I’m from Chicago so I know how a good beef taste and I know that every state is not like Chicagos beef but this this nastiest beef I had in my life. I tried them 3 times just to see if it’s a hit of miss and they missed every time. Then they cut their bread in half when they first gave you a whole piece. Thennnn the worst part about it is they give you a PICKLE on the side and the juice that the sandwich is dipped is always taste burnt. Idk. I’ve ordered off DoorDash and walked in before and all experiences was nasty. The best thing I had there was the pizza puff.

There’s only 2 workers that give you a small on the dot amount of whatever you buy (the girl and the youngest kid but the kid has gotten a tiny bit better recently) but besides those 2 this place is 10 stars absolutely perfect I’ll go past 3 stores just because Zak’s is the best

I had stopped here before this to pick up Doordash orders and get their amazing frozen lemonades (so many good flavors & combos to try) but these reviews had me skeptical to order food myself. I wish I just ignored all y’all negative reviews lmao because this food was delicious and hot and fresh. We got the 3 PC catfish filet dinner & a 12″ Philly cheese steak & of course had to get 2 frozen lemonades (red raspberry is a current fave). Service was really friendly asked what sauces we needed everything was done within the time they said online. And the fish was excellent. Super generous portion size, really crispy & breading was lemony & flavorful.
