Been there twice & both times we had a blast. It’s what some might call a humble/quiet/low key set up, but it’s clean & well staffed. The Waitresses were very nice both times & the food has been excellent.
I highly recommend their “Stromboli ” wow, my Brother loved their Chicken Wings, & Pizza & those who came along, loved every bite of what they had ordered too. So we give it, our 2 thumbs up!
My advise to the Owner, just add a little soft, but happy music in the background … no biggie!

My family and I absolutely love Zachary’s!!! By far my favorite restaurant in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas.. We have tried a variety of things from here, huge portions, and great taste. They have had to increase their prices due to inflation but every restaurant has and I promise their food is well worth the prices anyways. The pizzas are amazing real NY style pizza, Pastas are to die for especially the Alfredo which is my favorite so far and I’m picky about Alfredo theirs is homemade and a large amount 2 people could eat from it with large portions of Chicken!!! we’ve had the subs and burgers as well all good!! This is definitely not a place you want to miss out on its a local family ran business and they are the friendly as well from the lady that takes the order on the phone and cooks to the gentleman that cashes you out it is an all a round great experience!!! They do not have in door dining due to remodeling right now but doesn’t change the quality of food they have I still try to order 1 to 2 times a week!!!

We have not ordered from here in a LONG time due to past issues with quality of food & service. Being burnt out on the other restaurants in the area (Saint Pauls, NC) we decided to give them a try again. We are pleasantly surprised. We ordered a Cheeseburger & Fries & Chicken Alfredo. The burger was cooked exactly as ordered. (My husband is picky but liked the burger). I ordered the Alfredo, it came with a salad & bread. The salad….the lettuce was FRESH & filled the container with all the salad mixing. The Chicken Alfredo had flavorful chicken across the top. The whole meal was good. The service at the window was good as well. Much better than the past. We will be putting Zachary’s back on our list of good places to eat.

[edit: Since they won’t let my lady and I dine in anymore, I have to strike the 5* rating I gave 4 years ago down to 2* now. They lost a lot of business over shutting down dine in, and we used to eat there once a month. Since the dining room has been closed off, we have eaten there only once. They must not like their customers anymore…]

This is hands down the best pizza in town! The salads are huge and anything but bland. They have a wide variety of options both healthy and not so much. They serve beer which is a welcomed change in this town. The staff is great, they are friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that the building needs a bit of work. This is our go to place for celebrating good grades, and hard work. My kids love it!

It’s not great. The pizza sauce tastes like the kind that’s in lunchables, and so does the pepperoni. The fries were good, and the waitress was good. It took the food a long time to get our table. We won’t be going back. Food’s just not worth the price.

I used to regularly patronize this establishment during and after my highschool years (class of 2000). The food was great and the customer service was good. Fast-forward to today (Friday, May 16, 2020 6:00PM):
Due to the pandemic I’m intentionally patronizing small locally owned businesses. I called Zachary’s to order a steak and cheese sub. The young lady said they don’t make that sub on Fridays. I told her thank you and I hung up to look at the menu to regroup. I didn’t want to hold their phone line up. I finally found something else I could eat on their menu. I called and the same young lady answered. I asked for a chicken sub. She told me to hold on because she had to check if they had grilled chicken. She came back only to tell me that they didn’t. I explained to her that I was trying my best to support local businesses, but they were making it challenging with their limited menu. She said it was due to their distributors. I told her to please not blame the distributors. I tried placing an order prior to the pandemic and you were out of steak and chicken then as well. She hung up the phone on me. I never raised my voice to her nor did I ever use inappropriate language with her. I too am a small business owner and a sure way to lose a customer is by having deplorable customers service no matter how great the product. You might not miss my business but you did miss a great opportunity to provide great customer service.

Small place but food was excellent. However, my husband’so order never arrived. The waitress explained what happened and it was okay because he had already stuffed himself with pizza ordered for kids. Wait staff very friendly and knowledgeable about menu. They also charge a 20% gratuity for parties of 6 and up and I have 5 kids.

Really nice service and people. The pizza was sub par at best. Ordered a pepperoni pizza wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Tasted like a microwaved pizza. The motz sticks where good. Unmarked parking spots made parking not great, and no blue cheese. Neither of these things would be deal breakers if the pizza was good. Would have give 1/2 star if the service wasn’t so wonderful. Our server was just a peach.
