Just got my baby some nuggets today 09/03/2024 , I notice hair in her nuggets it was more so like lashes all throughout her nuggets that she have almost finished eating I’m so disgusted and sick to my stomach, place definitely needs to be shut down!!!

I ordered the LARGE chicken tender dinner and this is exactly what was given to me. Small tenders small bread macaroni with absolutely no cheese and the noodles were extremely under cooked. I can get better quality food in a high school cafeteria!

Usually everything is great. But today…. I got a zac snack with an extra zac sauce both containers where not even half way full. I know you can do better Zacadoos. Pick it up and I’ll fix my rating

I ordered 2 breakfast cups one w/ grits,sausage and cheese. The other had grits and cheese. The grits and cheese cup was filled with water and just a little bit of grits. Called back to voice my complaint and was told that the grits came from the same pot…maybe it did but the second cup must have been made from the dreggs with extra water to try and stretch it to make a cup. I even tried to pour off some the water but it was inedible. If that wasn’t bad enough I was told that breakfast was over and to return in 7 days to replace it . 7 days really??? Needless to say I advised her ( the nameless manager/shift supervisor) I wouldn’t return to Zacadoos. Poorly prepared food and even poorer customer service! Sometimes a simple apology goes further than any replacement. This was one of those times!

I eat at Zacadoo’s Grille frequently, and the food and service are always solid. I did have an issue today with an employee and wasn’t able to reach anyone right away, so I made a post about it. But I have to give credit where it’s due — as soon as I did, the problem was addressed immediately and handled with complete professionalism.

Thank you, Dewayne, for your attention and understanding. It’s rare these days to see that kind of responsiveness and accountability, and it definitely reinforces why I keep coming back.
