Ridiculous the food wasn’t luke warm, tenders were dry & hard. I guess the wings were from yesterday. I should have asked for a refund when I observed an employee standing visibly at drive-thru eating a sausage then preparing orders without washing her hands. The lady who took my order and money was very friendly although you don’t have to call customers baby 50 hundred times. When you spend $30 on lunch it’s best to check your order before leaving.

Our food was good and the service was also. I did knock a star off the service rating because they had run out of French fries and it took an excessive time to cook up some more. The cook staff needs to pay better attention to the amount of fries on hand if it’s going to take fifteen minutes to cook more. There were already people standing around waiting on fries when we walked in and we waited 15 minutes for our fries to cook. News flash, it doesn’t take a commercial kitchen 15 minutes to cook fries. The kitchen staff needs to get it together.

I’m visiting from Florida and not really knowledgeable about menu. I asked what the special options were. The person at the drive through did tell me what my options were. She sounded rude with short answers. I ordered one of the options available and she rudely stated, that doesn’t come with the special. I just drove off. The employee is the person who gave me the options. Wow

Can someone explain why they food always look old and taste funny. This what I got when I ordered a chicken tender 4 piece count. That’s also only 3 pieces not four. Also ordered the 2 slaw dogs combo and got hots loaded down with onions. I should have just went to the Inner perimeter location. My food never look like this but I guess it’s the side of town and the workers that work there.

Pleasantly surprised with Zacadoo’s. Although the building seems outdated, the food was great, the restroom clean, and the employees were super nice; especially the woman at the register. She was great.
The food is what someone would typically find at a “snack shack”. Hamburgers, chicken tenders, and hotdogs. No complaints, though. It all tasted great.
