Ok so I had a kind of concerning experience at the Baytree Road location of Zacadoo’s on February 20 around 4 in the afternoon. (Already emailed the address listed on the receipt, too.)
I ordered a BLT sandwich, two large sweet teas, and a large cheddar round. When placing my order, I *specifically* asked for hot, fresh cheddar rounds and *clearly* told the man that I would wait/pull forward/whatever it took to make sure they were fresh and hot. Despite that, I still received cold and hard cheddar rounds. But what concerned me even more was what I witnessed while I was waiting.
I saw one of the men inside push down trash inside of a trash can using his gloved hands and then immediately return to preparing food without changing gloves. That is a serious food safety issue, disgusting, unacceptable, right??
Additionally, we ordered two large sweet teas but were only given one straw. That is no problem and super small, but it just reflects an overall lack of attention and care in fulfilling orders. I worked at a McDonald’s before: I understand restaurants get busy. I just believe that basic sanitation and honoring reasonable customer requests shouldn’t be optional?? This experience left me disappointed and genuinely grossed out.

Disgusting! Food has gone wayyyy downhill since I used to come years ago. I went in the morning 05/08/25 and ordered the pancakes and I thought they tasted weird but was running late to work. I look down and there is MOLD on the pancake. I called and the manager offered at first another pancake meal but ultimately offered to refund my card and give another meal but I am not coming back to eat here. This place needs a serious inspection by the GA health department or to be shut down altogether. I would not want anyone I love coming here and getting sick and way too many people have complained. I am still so grossed out and will be calling the health department tomorrow.

Ordered #3 combo with no mustard, it took 8 minutes from the time at the pay window. Got back to the office 3 minutes away and the dogs have extra mustard and fries were cold.
This place used to be good but the hiring practices has apparently gone to hell.
There is no customer service it’s all about making a pay check!

I’m just gonna stop eating fast food. Found a roach in my food yesterday night at Zacadoo’s off on Baytree. THANK GOD I CHECKED MY FOOD BEFORE EATING!!! I went right back over there to get a refund and she at first refusing to do the refund and saying how she didn’t know how the roach got in my food, my husband had to get out of character in order for her to get the food back and my refund. Best believe I called the health department this morning. OHHH AND THE ROACH WAS STILL ALIVE.

Unfortunately inconsistent in many ways. I eat here almost every day because it’s so close to work. I LOVE THE FOOD, even more than the other Z place, when…it’s good. But almost every time something goes wrong, the chicken is cold and old, the chicken is smaller than normal sauces are forgotten which i paid extra for,b or the sauce cups are literally almost empty, fries are cold, or wildly under cooked. The food is so freaking good when it’s on point but I always know something will be wrong, and for such a simple order it’s getting harder to ignore. A few more times of basic things being overlooked and I’ll have to find somewhere else to that I can count on. My advice to the owners would be hire better managers, you seem to have lots of staff at all times, so how are the core things being overlooked regularly?

I’m done with this place. The past year it’s been truly awful. It’s impossible for them to get an order right. Forgotten drinks, sauces, fries they even forgot my chicken on my CHICKEN sandwich one time. Just gave me an empty bun. If you go here make sure you don’t leave the window until you’ve checked everything.
