Only good thing about this place was the view honestly. Service was absolutely horrible at the person that was serving me. I with an other person. Everything was awful from the greeting to the drink. She had an attitude when she greeted us. When she asked us for 3 IDs? When there’s only 2 of us. Then she proceeded to ask us for a valid ID when we both have 2 Valid USA drivers license?!? Indiana and Texas are both in USA last time I checked. And to be completely honest I couldn’t even understand her with her accent?!? I am a US citizen? We asked for 2 drinks she made the drinks on top of the bar before us and suddenly she decided to make the drinks under the bar. And didn’t even ask what kind of alcohol. Not good at ALL. Had to throw the whole thing away I don’t she even put any alcohol in it. Honestly, don’t recommend at all. But maybe it was just a person attending me she Was an older lady with curly hair, glasses and hat tattoo on her shoulder honestly do not recommend.

This place locates in the downtown, which is technically a place that quite hard to get through of you own a car. The parking lot nearby is very pricy especially on a day that the game is held at the stadium.

What a great view!! Musics was really cool as well. Not a lot of seating and the best spot to take pic you have to ask those standing in that space. All was kind and understanding.

Good spot! The view of the city was really nice. I liked that there was no cover charge, just what you order. The drinks were alright, maybe a little too sweet, but still enjoyable. The music could’ve been better, but at least it wasn’t too loud, so you could actually have a conversation. I went on a Saturday night and it wasn’t as packed as I expected. Overall, I’d recommend it.

Stopped by to check it out while in town on business. I usually have a great experience at Le Meridian rooftop lounges (especially 54 Thirty in Denver), however, the bartender Eselli was terrible. No personality, snotty tone & just straight up rude. Highly disappointed and DO NOT recommend!!

Z on 23 offers exotic cocktail options and the drinks are well prepared. The food is good overall.
Service can be inconsistent, some days we had to walk to the bar to order. There’s no parking available, and the valet is extremely overpriced.

The view is great, the vibe is great, but the drinks are expensive and just ok, served in plastic cups and super basic. You are paying for the environment for sure! Minimal food menu, you’re better off getting your main drinks and food elsewhere and then coming here to hang out. But it’s definitely worth at least an hour of hanging out up here! Plus they have fun party music playing in the evening and sometimes live music. Overall for sure recommend for the experience!

Small, more for the hotel guests. Drinks were ok, reasonably priced. Not much of a view but cool step away if your staying at the hotel which has a nice ambiance. In walking distance from pappas bros, federal American grill, the puttshack and discovery green park. More than likely tables will be taken you may find a seat with others.

Restaurant was almost empty. Drinks took 45 minutes and food took an hour. Got the shrimp tacos. Picked them up and they immediately fell apart. Our server was good but everything else wasn’t.
