I stopped this place for the first time on my way home. I tried the shrimp and chicken combo. My sides were miso soup and potstickers. I took it to go so didn’t pay attention to the inside decor(quick in and out pickup). Food was great and well priced! I will definitely be eating again soon!

I stopped by today for takeout and I was so glad I did! We got a mix of sushi and bowls, and the food was absolutely delicious. The price was also reasonable and it was close to home, so what more could you ask for? plenty left for another meal.
I’m so thrilled to say that after my second visit to Yutaka, my food was just as amazing as the first time! This place is definitely worth checking out. Again plenty left over for another meal.

I didn’t wanna go out tonight and my husband I’ve been wanting to go to the new restaurant that took over Phyllis’s burgers thank God. So I just ordered DoorDash so expire as expectations were not high because it’s gonna be in a package so that’s all fine. But the presentation for the delivery on point. I ordered the chicken and shrimp plate and a side of spicy tuna I had the miso soup, which was just like a miso soup should be The spicy tuna was OK. There was a piece of plastic in one of mine or on top of it. So I just threw that one away and I inspected the other ones and they were fine. The shrimp skewers were very good. It was nice you could taste the grilling in them and it was really good like a barbecue. They were very well cooked. My chicken was tender and juicy. The salad with. It was very tasty. Everything was actually really good. I’m giving them four stars because of the spicy tuna being not up to par And the plastic piece sitting on top of it. Next time we will go in and see how it is inside. I’m not looking for anything fancy I’m not a fancy kind of person looking for just good people and good service and good food.

The food reminds me more of a Hawaiian style restaurant than one that’s explicitly Japanese and would ‘compete’ Osake, Paradise, and other Japanese restaurants in the area. It’s cheaper, the ‘vibe’ is still being built up (since it’s a fairly new restaurant), and the food comes faster.
The food itself is good, even though the lot is small, I haven’t seen them run out of parking, and the service is nice. Likely to return.

I’ve eaten here several times since it opened. Love the food. I’ve been to several “high end” places offering the same meals at double or triple the price but this spot is better. The food is much better. And I prefer the mom & pop atmosphere over the “fancy” over priced places that were all used to. They are a brand new business and the need all the love the community has to offer. I have no doubt that in a few months to a year they will have perfected everything. Show some love. Swing by and enjoy the food!

This place has one of the best teriyaki sauces ever! It’s also very reasonably priced, you can get a chicken bowl for $10. They use thigh, not breast. I get the cabbage salad with it, it has a great pepper dressing. I’ll definitely be back here.

Fresh food and great, fast service. Got the steak & shrimp combo. Shrimp was my favorite – delicious. Steak was very tender but could use a bit more seasoning. I got the “Sumi” (shredded cabbage) and “Oriental” (mixed greens) side salads and both were fresh and tasty. Spicy tuna roll was a generous portion (could use a little less rice). I’ll be back!
