Looks great going in and you can tell they tried hard to make the atmosphere welcoming, bathrooms extremely clean as well.

Not sure if I ordered the wrong item, but the taste was not great. The braised pork intestine tasted like it was … not cleaned properly and very very over braised, as in very tough and chewy for something that’s supposed to melt in your mouth. The braised flavor isn’t there either, just straight soy sauce no aromatics. Noodles looked sat-out too, with a texture and mouthfeel that’s not the most pleasant. Compared to the other places in Farmingdale, little neck, and flushing, the rice noodles here is definitely bottom tier.

Best rice noodle I’ve had. Must try the black truffle and wagyu rice noodle. The appetizer and snacks are good too.

Went there last few days and it wasnt crowded which is good. I had a yun nan spicy noodle it good but $16 for that noodle and meat portion really small portion. wasn’t filling at all. Thats why i rather go to bayside or flushing for chinese food. Good quality and good portion
