When we first arrived in Kauai for vacation, this was the first place we ate. I got the Korean short ribs and they were very good- which left me excited for “Hawaiian” food. To my disappointment, almost all the other places on the island that we tried (checking reviews of course), I found mediocre, overpriced food. We just returned to this spot today because we were in the area, and I can confirm that the food here is one of the best on the island. This time my fiancé and I both got the Malibu chicken sandwich…it was amazing. In short – stop and eat here. You won’t regret it. It’s also very affordable, and the staff is pleasant! 🙂

Husband says it’s the best bbq he’s ever had, and for about the price of crummy chain-restaurant teriyaki back home. Good portions and super friendly staff.
