This spot is amazing! The sushi is so fresh and full of flavor, and the presentation is absolutely beautiful. I love how innovative and creative the rolls are—it really sets them apart from other places. Definitely one of my new go-to sushi restaurants. Our kids loved everything they got here too (Valero Roll and Niki Roll is their fav)

Their egg rolls are probably made by Sysco. They belong in the trash. Their fried rice was flavorless. The General TSO has too much batter. The only good thing was the egg drop soup which is just broth and eggs. How can you screw that up. Want good Chinese food, go elsewhere.

Forgot my noodles that I was uncharged for. The salad that was included (which I usually love from any other Asian restaurant) was in-edible. Dressing tasted like puréed orange rinds… absolutely disgusting… when I went back to pick up my pork noodles which they forgot… there was zero pork in them. I returned the salad to the restaurant and asked the gal who was doing the take out orders to bring it to the chef and let him taste the garbage he was serving. I hope he tasted it and realizes he needs to improve his standards… I will be ordering from taste of Tokyo going forward.

Food is served promptly. We were there for dinner and there was a full staff of servers, sushi chefs, and bus boy. Very engaging staff. We had the Happy Family dinner and assorted sushi dinner. Very good and great presentation.

Frank, Ms. Jenny, and all of their staff always provide a great dining experience. They have the best sushi in Destrehan, all others are just trying to keep up to their level. The freshest seafood is the difference. Keep up the good work.

We love coming here between the food and service it is definitely a great place to go and our only stop. We love hosting birthdays here too they shut off the lights and have a light show with a firework candle and play a birthday song over loud speakers
