Sushi was decent. I wouldn’t order anything else. The chicken fried rice was crunchy rice with giant pieces of what tasted like boiled chicken on top. The hibachi shrimp was decent, but steak also tasted boiled and the container was swimming in sauce. Overall do not recommend if you’re going for anything other than sushi.

Best pick up for semi healthy dinner on the go. The chicken teriyaki hibachi is amazing. It’s packed with enough chicken and vegetables and rice for at least two adults. Love that the vegetables are perfectly cooked. Literally the only takeout I ever crave. I could get this once a week.

Not sure of the seasoning, but by the time I got halfway through it, I think it’s really good.

oh man what a gem! we loved the general teams tofu! it was crunchy and flavorful the steamed rice was sticky just the way i like it! what a great surprises! the atmosphere was attractive hole in a wall, but that’s what makes them such a find! definitely recommend and am coming back! fast service. decent price. go there.

My negative update – July 1st, 2025 – Not sure what have changed, maybe ownership or something else, but I was a returning customer for ~2 years despite of bad reviews because I personally loved the sushi here. But today I got nothing but disappointment. My faves – Valentine and Pink Lady – Lack of ingredients, missing toppings, missing asparagus, and rice! it was in rolls but not present in them on menu and all the times when I’ve previously ordered them! Overall, the smallest amount of fish/salmon I’ve ever seen at this place in all 7 rolls I’ve ordered. Sushi/rolls were sooo good before! I’m so so disappointed that I’ve lost my sushi place.
Tasty Japanese food. Could be family owned. Subjective opinion – Squid salad is overpriced for this quantity ($8). Hibachi Chicken and Hibachi Salmon is really yummy. Sushi are well rolled, not excessive amount of rice which is good. Will come back for sure.

Overpriced for takeout dishes. $20 combo meals and $10 California rolls. Each sauce has a charge. Food was good. I Would go there more if it wasn’t so overpriced. I’m willing to drive another 10 minutes for reasonably priced take out. If I’m paying $20 a meal, I want a dine in experience.

Tried the Parrish Sweetheart Roll and the Sweet Potato Roll — both were amazing! Super soft, packed with flavor, and just the right amount of sweetness. I’m definitely coming back for more.

Came here for the first time. Very friendly service, the portions were huge, lots of chicken and beef, the veggies cooked perfectly and the rice was tasty. Fair prices.
Suggestions: larger plates and real silverware and larger napkins for dining in. or I’m good with the option of just having a paper towel roll at the table.

A-M-Z-A-I-N-G!!!! Don’t listen to the losers writing bad reviews… they have nothing better to do with their life. We tried this for the first time and LOVED it!!! We got the General so tofu, fried rice and lo-mein noodles. Out of this world good taste! Great service as well- only took 5 minutes.
