Explain this. How is it that I order a subway club that comes with ham, turkey, and roast beef and ask them to leave off the turkey and the price of the sandwich in the end is 16.40? When in the beginning it was 11.99! Never asked for a price deduction or anything. Never asked for extra meat to be added. Just to leave the turkey off and somehow taking off the turkey made the price more lol like really where is the common sense? I left that sandwich with them

This location has one particular worker who just can’t seem to make a sandwich for the life of him. Every single time we get him we are unimpressed. Extra mayo, he adds half the bottle of sauce.. asked for vinegar & oil and he douses my sandwich. If you wouldn’t eat a gallon of vinegar… tell me what possessed you to think i would? The ladies at the restaurant do an amazing job which is the only reason im even leaving two stars, but seriously, the men need to pull themselves together.

Third time ordering online and picking up and the subs that are supposed to be toasted aren’t toasted. If you order online I guess they skip that step to save time but for people who like their bread toasted, it totally changes the sandwich when the bread is cold and soft. Just toast the bread. It doesn’t take that long.

It just seems like any other subway. I do NOT like the new non see through cover they are using now for the meat. Why are we hiding the meat?! They would tell you the metal cover keeps it fresher, but if they were that worried about freshness, then it would not be a hit or miss on how fresh the veggies are. Seems to me like they are trying to hide something. As I said, the veggies might be fresh, and they might not. Taste like other subways, and you can customize the taste to your hearts content. The atmosphere is underwhelming, and the dine in area feels small and cramped. It’s OK and that’s it.

I usually have a great experience here but recently they have hired two or three men that do not speak English very well. Every time I come in there they are working and they can barely understand what I am saying and I have to repeat it at least 6 times. They have messed up my order several times just because they either weren’t paying attention or couldn’t understand me. When I came in last night I tried asking them if I could use two coupons or was it one per customer me told me something and I had to turn to my husband and ask if he understood what they said when he couldn’t I had to have them repeat it like 4 times before I could successfully guess what they were saying. I’m not the only person I’ve seen have this problem just last night this guy was in front and he had gotten a soft pretzel. He told them he wanted cheese dip and they looked at him like they didn’t understand so he said it again. Then they repeated to him what all the choices were and he told them cheese dip. When they finally understood what he wanted they said do you want it on top of the pretzel and he said no he wanted a cup of it. Eventually he was so tired of dealing with it he told them fine just put the cheese on top. I just think this is about one of the worst jobs someone could get if you can’t speak of understand English very well.

Blew in right at closing time but the employees were friendly and helpful. Made sure I got what I needed and did a great job preparing it.
Update: they don’t honor the 3 ft. Long’s for $17.99 at this location though they do honor the 2 for $12.99 coupon that is on the same page of subway coupons and they didn’t tell us until we had already ordered and they had made the sandwiches. (We always tell them before ordering that I have a coupon) They said they didn’t know till they tried to ring up the order and the register wouldn’t accept the coupon, that’s not an excuse because she told them she had a coupon and what it was for before ordering. I think they should have honored the coupon at that point. Instead of our food costing $20 with tax it went up to over $28 with tax. The whole reason for getting 3 was that we were saving money that way. So much for that! My wife went in this time and I waited in the truck with our dogs because it was hot outside. My wife then paid full price for all 3 of the sandwiches (not thinking that she could use the 2 for 12.99 coupon and not wanting to rock the boat). I would have let them keep the 3rd. sandwich and just bought two. The employees here are usually very good and helpful and friendly, I’m sure this was an honest mistake. However I think it was handled poorly. That’s why I’m posting it so others won’t make this mistake.

Last week my daughter went in to pick a salad up for me. She came back our telling me there were men she couldn’t understand. I looked at the receipt and was charged for cookies I didn’t order. She wanted a sandwich tonight and they only had shredded. Didn’t know what american cheese was. Very rude. This was a boy and a girl working tonight

Service is great. The staff worked all my sandwiches into the beat deal possible instead of treating each one separately when they have deals that matched what I ordered. That alone gets high marks. They look out for their customers! Enough said.
