Fantastic poké bowls and delicious bubble tea. They give you plenty of protein in your bowl, about 2x from what I normally get in my bowls.
Easily got two meals out of my double protein bowl!! The tuna and shrimp were very fresh.
It’s a cute little family run spot with a few tables and they also offer take out.
They also have some cool toys and trinkets for sale too.

I never leave a bad review… but the Food was not okay – too much sauce, the brown rice tasted old, didn’t feel the ingredients were fresh – i hope it was just today… because both my fiancée and I got sick. They should check their ingredients before serving. We both had bad stomachache and diarrhea approximately 2-3 hrs after our supper at this restaurant… we are suspecting it may have been the fish as they didn’t taste very fresh… I hope they take notice of this review so they can investigate further to prevent this happening in the future.

Great mom and pop poke, sushi, boba, teriyaki and more! Food is consistently good and they have a great variety of items to choose from. We always get ours to-go, but the restaurant has a decent amount of inside tables to eat that are clean. Nice cool air conditioning for a hot day. They also have tables outside. Our go-to spot for poke in Hamden.

I do like the food, but unfortunately it tasted better before the new owner. It’s sad to see that Amy is gone, but I understand that this new owner is trying her best, and she’s doing great. Keep on going! I just don’t like the new spicy tuna/salmon that’s all.
