Linnea was so patient helping us tonight! She was amazing helping my 2 young daughters find food they loved when one was very grumpy about being where Mom wanted to eat. Best service I’ve had in years! Food was delicious as usual!

Great staff, very friendly. I’m in a wheelchair and the staff helped by opening doors and moving chairs so we could eat. the food is to die for! I had the Dixie Chick. It was perfect. You could really taste the onions but they didn’t overpower the chicken salad. My mom got the Classic Carol and loaded Baked potato soup. She loved it too.

It’s so funny that their glasses say, “Have you ever wanted to hug a place?” Then you go there and the staff (Joy) the girl at the front desk (09-11-2024 4:30 pm) gives you terrible service, they didn’t have chicken meal (again), plus this girl acts like she’s doing you a favor, a terrible attitude for someone who works in customer service. Carmel has many places where we can choose to spend our money to eat, we need to have a little more respect for whoever chooses to eat with you.
