Absolutely LOVE this food truck! We go there whenever we’re in the area, and she always remembers me! A cute couple, and always super friendly! Hands down the best crab rangoon I’ve had. So flaky! The pork Banh Mi is delicious! So much meat and so tender! My son and hubby like the chicken. They do events, so you might check Google and/or their social media if youre going out of your way, to make sure they’re there. If you’re in the Belton area, and see them between HyVee and the Belton 8, stop and try something! You won’t regret it!

If I could give more stars I would!! Annie is a ray of sunshine! Her kindness is quite evident and clearly cooked into her food. The crab rangoon is delicious, the pho is heaven, their sandwiches are amazing. I’ve never been disappointed. This is clearly a passion of hers. I highly recommend giving it a chance. The portions are good size for the cost.

Finally made it to Yummy Pho after hearing so many recommendations—and it absolutely lived up to the hype. 10/10 recommend. We went all out and ordered the pork pho, vermicelli noodles, banh mi sandwich, spring rolls, and rangoons, and every single dish was amazing. Hands down the best I’ve had in the area. The service was just as impressive—the owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes. We’ll definitely be back!

i was locked out of my car in 6 degree weather and decided to get pho here. hands down, the BEST pho in the KC area that i’ve had and i cannot believe i’ve driven past this place to go to other places. absolutely AWESOME spring rolls, i’d have taken a picture of them if i hadn’t just devoured them. prices are on point, the wait time was less than 10 minutes. this food is made with love by the kindest people, support local!

Yummy Pho Food Truck is a gem. We are so happy to have found it next to the Hyvee in Belton. The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in KC. The chicken bánh mì and spring rolls were our favorites, but the pork bánh mì and crab rangoon were also excellent. I’d genuinely say it’s the best bánh mì I’ve had in Kansas City.
The owner is super friendly, and the trailer is spotless—it’s clear she takes a lot of pride in her business. Prices are great too.

Best pho I have ever tasted and I have had a few. The bowls we filled to the brim and everything was made fresh and just perfect. The egg rolls and the spring roll are to die for literally….like I was expecting average everything! But like the first bite was a whole trip itself. Everything was amazing the lady that made my food is amazing and I am so happy that we have a pho truck in Belton. Everything about tonight’s dinner was worth every penny I had left. Definitely coming back again for a time of the month soup pick me up

This is one of our favorite places to get dinner in Belton. The pho, banh mi, and rice bowl are great. All the meats are flavorful and tender. I’d love to try the tofu some time. I really like the flavor of the chicken in the rice bowl. The staff is so friendly and kind. It’s always a joy to stop at this truck.

I have had 2 meals there now in the past week. They’re very friendly and remembered me even after having only been there once prior to tonight, only 1 week ago. Last week I had the grilled pork sandwich and tonight I had the grilled chicken sandwich and had a chance to try their egg roll. Their sandwiches are more than enough to make a full meal with generous portions of meat. Full of flavor and fresh vegetables, I couldn’t put it down after I started eating. I had planned on only eating half and saving the other half for lunch but it just tasted too good to stop eating. I’ll be trying their grilled pork rice bowl next week and expect it to blow me away like their sandwiches have. The prices here are low enough to bring the family. Thank you Yummy Pho for coming to Belton.

Great and friendly service. Pork Banh mi has sweet BBQ meat with fresh crunch of cilantro and cucumber and carrots. Bread was fresh with a soft crunch. Highly recommend!
