Totally underrated! Sure it’s an ugly hole in the wall, but I’m not going there for the ambiance. I’m going there for the food. The food always hits the spot and is far better than the other place in town. Fried rice always tastes fresh off the grill, not like it was sitting in a warmer for an hour. General Tso’s is actually meaty and not 90% batter like the other place. Hot and sour soup is hearty and chunky. Only place in town I’ll go for Chinese.

I was charged 35 cents for a little cup of duck sauce, general tso chicken pieces were the size of a dime, hard and overcooked. The rice was ok. Chicken fingers good. Wont go back. I’ll stick with egg roll cafe in sanford. Same prices. But better food!!!

Much better than Egg Roll Cafe, only problem is they sometimes don’t pick up the phone. I don’t want to drive the 15 minutes, go in, place my order, wait another 15 minutes, then go home. The point of chinese takeout to get it and go home, hang out in the restaurant for as little as possible.

I used to like this place, but it’s gone seriously downhill. The food isn’t that great anymore, but the real problem is it’s way more trouble than it’s worth to place an order in the first place. I stopped even trying to order months ago and I’m only writing this review because someone mentioned Yummy House to me. It is take out only, but they rarely (if ever) answer the phone and you cannot order online. Your only option is to go there in person to order, which I am not going to do. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business given how they do not answer the phone.
