This place is Amazing. The young lady, Courtney, did everything she could to for our party, which was 15 of us. We did call for reservations and the entire staff was fantastic.
When trying to make our order for everyone Courtney gave great suggestions and took charge (kinda) getting things done.
Just an Awesome Experience here, I highly recommend Yummy House and encourage the I5 travelers to make the stop. The best “Chinese food” family sit down in 10+ years.

The service and food were fantastic! Came in with a party of 20, and the staff was very accommodating. They set up a buffet style serving area to make everything accessible to everyone. They gave excellent service with a smile. Courtney, Lane, and Sandy really went the extra mile. I will recommend this place to everyone.

We found Yummy House to be very clean with a friendly and efficient staff. The menu offered a good variety of choices, and overall, the experience was positive.
The Kung Pao Chicken was very good—flavorful with just the right amount of spice. However, the Orange Chicken fell short of expectations and is not something we would recommend.

The food was so bland, no spices, no sauces. I was super disappointed with the food. The blandest Chinese food I’ve ever had. The Chow Mein which is a noodle dish was 100% bean sprouts and no noodles. Sorry but I will not be going back. Someone needs to improve with adding spices and sauces. And let’s not talk about the ultra-watered down soy sauce they provided on the side.

UPDATE – We came to Yummy House to enjoy a Special for 4 feast. Six huge portions of fantastic food and the service staff was prompt and attending. I love the Hot and Sour Soup! The new owners have created something special in Douglas County.

Best Chinese food in literally in three counties, there is nothing in Lane, Coos or Douglas that can compete with Yummy House. I have to travel 45 minutes to get Yummy House, and they never disappoint us.

Small town Chinese food is often not as good as in the big city due to availability of ingredients even if the chef is good. I only had the American broccoli with beef so I can’t speak to the whole menu. But it was quite tasty. My one suggestion to the chef would be less onions and add some mushrooms. The steamed rice was perfect and a half order was just right for one. The gravy was spot on. Service was excellent too. I will eat there again. And by the way they are open for take out AND inside dining.

I’m not sure if Yummy House is under new management or if they have just stepped up their game but we loved everything. Great service, great food (better hot n sour) and their pink sauce was soooo much better too.

Lovely little restaurant. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The pot stickers were crispy and delicious. The Spicy Egg Drop soup was the Best I have ever eaten. Will come back just because of those two items. Also, the steamed rice was Perfect. I could eat it with chopsticks!
