This place is great. It’s still fairly new but the customer service is great and the food was delicious. If you are craving for some Asian food definitely come here to try their scallion pancake and their beef burrito it is delicious. The soup dumpling is delicious as well

The dumplings here are so authentic and this place is a rare gem since I haven’t been able to find many great dumpling places in Denver. The soup dumplings were meaty, flavorful, and juicy and the wrappers were thin but didn’t burst. The chili oil wontons and fried buns were unreal and we had eaten half the beef noodles before I took the picture. There was lots of spice and cilantro, and the meat was tender but still had that chew you expect from the copious amount of beef chucks. We also ordered green beans and the smashed cucumber and they were really aromatic and savory too, which is rare to find a place where the sides are almost as good as the main dishes. Will definitely be going back.

Tried the recently opened @yummydumplingatco for lunch today. Started with the brown sugar glutinous rice cake. It was really good fried with almost a fine panko breading. It was a little unusual for me to have the strong molasses flavor and it was a jarring to be sweet but I really liked it.

It’s only been open for a month and is now my go to for a chinese comfort meal. The sichuan/ mala flavor is legit the best I’ve had in Colorado and I’m thrilled by this. They have pigs ears on the menu which is so well braised and the spicy beef noodle soup (a comfort food of mine) is a favorite. Excited for more people to try this place out. It’s so good and there are good people trying to make it happen and bring good Chinese food to the area. Cozy and comforting chinese food for this sichuan and dumpling lover.
