Not much of a complainer, but all the fried foods were hard as a rock, the rib meat was like jerky, only a few things were actually edible, great customer service and atmosphere, except for the backstreet boys music. Overpriced

the bad reviews aren’t fair with the way people bombarded this place upon opening. We have been here for dine in and take out and the food and staff were amazing. It’s about time gouverneur had a place that serves good Chinese! Now that it has slowed down give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed:)

We had the buffet, the food was great, even though the buffet is small, they had a good variety of choices, they restocked pretty quick as things got low. There was a steady stream of take out orders, but they still refilled the buffet nicely, especially considering it was peak dinner time. They definitely have long term customers with us!

The buffet was inadequate and not kept filled. We ordered off the menu. It took well over an hour to get our food. The servers were in total confusion. Might give them a second chance but….?

Very disappointed! Buffet was empty. Was told they were busy. I said there is only us and one other table… they said with take out… I asked if it was just a take out place or buffet also. He said both but we are short staffed and can’t keep up. I said you need to figure it out quick just opening you will lose a lot of business… I know we will not be back. One hot buffet, one cold buffet and a small soup set up(which was empty). Very sad because we were excited to have a Chinese place to eat.
