The most disgusting fast food restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in. Door handles greasy to the touch and the floor was so sticky your shoes might fall off. Mac and cheese looked like it was dried out over night then put in a container. Can’t believe a health inspector hasn’t shut this place down. I’ll be calling the local health department tomorrow to make a complaint. If such an agency exists in this county.

Made my online order at 5 p.m. for a 6:30 pickup. Got there at 6:30 and my order wasn’t ready they hadn’t even dropped all of chicken yet. Had to wait in my vehicle for 35 minutes on order. Why even bother ordering ahead of time, if I still have to wait for order that should have been done.

How do you have biscuits but not jelly? No napkins in the bag and I didn’t receive the honey mustard for the chicken nuggets. The nuggets were good on their own, but the dipping sauce would have been great.

Placed an online order at 10:07 am. Food was not ready at my 12:30 pick up time. Store was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. I had to wait an additional 14 minutes and expect subtitles. Store employees allowed the phone to ring with out answering during this time. I do not recommend this KFC.

Never been so unhappy with one KFC location. Time after time, chance after chance and always awful. Takes forever, thongs forgotten and terrible quality food. My two little ones only eat popcorn chicken and what I got were crumbs and the stuff that wasn’t crumbs was hard as rocks my kids couldn’t even break them in half let alone try to bite through them. It really is a shame when we live in a town with minimal restaurant options.

Service was horrible, had to wait 30 minutes to order with no line, the only thing hot was the chicken, potatoes and Mac and cheese were cold as ice, the lady in charge was rude and wouldn’t let my son get a refill for tea w/o paying for another drink! Every table was discusting. Don’t like giving bad reviews bit this one deserves it!

This location has no coustomer service skills at all. Only the drive thru was open on a friday evening. They have parking area beside bussiness for semi but no service for them at all mot even as a call in order.
